I'm pretty disappointed with this company. They seemed professional at the beginning and we did not have any bug problems in our house up to this point. We realized that we started having ants in our home and it got worse as the days went on. My husband had reached out to the owner and did not get a response. I then reached out to the owner and they followed up by sending me my bill, which I had forgotten to pay. I had told the owner that I would pay the bill but nonetheless, I didn't understand why bugs were in our home if this is the service that they provided. I was quickly given the runaround and different excuses. I'm a pretty reasonable person because I am also a small business owner, and in no way, am I trying to get out of paying a bill! I just want the work to be done correctly I told him. But I what I was hoping to be a simple conversation, ended up escalating quickly with the owner being unprofessional and said I'm going to Cancel you as a client keep your money! I was a bit shocked after he hung up on me while I was talking to him. It is not OK to treat your clients like this, especially in a time of need. But I guess that's how they do business. We'll definitely not recommend to anyone! Update after owner's reply: I don't mind paying for service and I told you this. But how am I supposed to pay for a service when it's not done correctly? I even offered to pay half! I just wanted the service to be done correctly. You followed by rudely giving excuse, excuses and talking over me. When I was trying to explain myself and trying to de-escalate the situation, you said you were going to cancel me, As you already did. And then you hung up on me! I needed bees removed from the front of my house! Bees had set up a colony right in front but luckily high off the ground. I contacted Bug Patrol via Yelp and they came out the same day! The technician was able to do the initial treatment the same day, and then came back two days later to apply the second treatment and the bees are all gone! Simply put these guys are awesome. We moved to Lancaster this past summer and experienced seeing a ton of black widows in my backyard. We have small children and one of them loves spiders, last thing I want to see is he pick one up. I called spoke to the owner, really knowledgeable and nice guy. He explained to me what the process is and what type of plans he offered. Was sincere over the phone and made me feel comfortable. I decided to go with their bimonthly plan. He called the day before to remind me I had an appointment, he gave me a two hour window. The day of service called me within the window to tell me he was 30 mins out.
