He explained everything in great detail and took a tour of the property. Once he was set, he spent a lot of time spraying pesticide and getting rid of spider webs. Since they treated both units there should be NO problem giving a full 60 day guarantee unless they are not sure of their work. They are not willing to give a guarantee and they are not giving the follow up inspection with the dog. $2,000 is dammed expensive for only 3 treatments!! They also refuse to return my calls!! I guess my next step will have to be the Better Business Bureau! Guaranteed I will find some agency that has some influence on them because a 78 year old woman has absolutely NO say or influence.

Second this guy jumped my $5k custom gate on the side a couple months ago which he admitted today and since then I have had issues with my gate. I realized he went to my home and literally was going to do it again because my neighbor called. This man is not small man he looks to be almost 300 pounds so all of that weight on my gate I am just in shock a company would even allow this!!! This guy had the audacity to call me and tell me his manager was at the dentist and he had to assist me! Yea right your boss needs to give me a call cancel my services and refund me! I am so over this company! Do no whatever you do /sign up with them! The crazy part is I had to step out of an office meeting to call Jeff and I couldn't remember the code to the gate which was already unlocked but he locked it when he attempted to put another code in the gate! So I told him you know what you need to come back another day! He responds oh well I guess we'll come back sometime in between the valley and here that sounds super convenient! If the work ethic and business ethos/philosophy is one of disregard for privacy of individuals in their own homes, then I can only imagine the product and performance Clark Pest Control will provide. On Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 4:38 PM, a Clark Pest Control solicitor rang my residential doorbell three times in an attempt to solicit an unrequested product or service. Not once but three times the Clark Pest Control solicitor needlessly bothered my child who was trying to rest and recover. Be advised, I have three signs conveying no soliciting which are very visible and easily seen. One being a sign next to the walkway, one being above the door, and one being on top of the box. In our current society of high crimes and violent acts, my family has taken steps to stop soliciting as we do not know who these people are and what their background and motives may be. We will not place our children at risk. Clark Pest Control basically showed by their actions they don't care about my privacy and safety by demonstrating unprofessional conduct, that of ignoring the signs and consistently ringing our doorbell to invoke a response. What a terrible business practice and technique. Appalling and disrespectful. I along with others do not recommend doing business with Clark Pest Control. Their employees are the real pests you have to be concerned about.

Mills Pest Management has been to our house twice now…read more Once for rodent removal, and then for ants/insects. Immediately happy with their rates and the reviews regarding their service and quality as they were available on the weekend, which made it easier for us to accommodate and be around in case. The value comes at the immediate resolution you get as you'll see results within a day. For the rodent care, they revisited the house to check the traps for a couple of weeks after first service and for the ants, came back when I called and informed them I had a small resurgence of those pesky critters. 10/10 all around from reception on the phone to meeting the techs in person.
