Since they treated both units there should be NO problem giving a full 60 day guarantee unless they are not sure of their work. They are not willing to give a guarantee and they are not giving the follow up inspection with the dog. $2,000 is dammed expensive for only 3 treatments!! They also refuse to return my calls!! I guess my next step will have to be the Better Business Bureau! Guaranteed I will find some agency that has some influence on them because a 78 year old woman has absolutely NO say or influence.

Second this guy jumped my $5k custom gate on the side a couple months ago which he admitted today and since then I have had issues with my gate. I realized he went to my home and literally was going to do it again because my neighbor called. This man is not small man he looks to be almost 300 pounds so all of that weight on my gate I am just in shock a company would even allow this!!! This guy had the audacity to call me and tell me his manager was at the dentist and he had to assist me! Yea right your boss needs to give me a call cancel my services and refund me! The crazy part is I had to step out of an office meeting to call Jeff and I couldn't remember the code to the gate which was already unlocked but he locked it when he attempted to put another code in the gate! They're all in the middle of the floor I had arrangements for my dog to go to a groomer which at 1:30 they were closing at 2:00 I wouldn't even been able to get her in there to have her out of the house for the 4 hours they requested. Luis meticulously scoured the sub area and found a bucket full of material!! All the while Jessie was very knowledgeably answering questions I had about subterranean termites and preventive measures. They had to call in a third party to get rid of the asbestos, but we paid everything and handled everything through Green Rodent. Martin and his team came​ out for two days of cleaning, hole patching, trap setting of the attic, garage and exterior house. Martin and his team did an amazing job in a timely manner. They were able to address our concerns in real time and went above and beyond to make sure our house was safe from further rat infestations. Overall everyone at this company was great to work with when we had questions (and we had plenty). Our attic is about 700 sq ft, and the house is about 1400 sq ft. The cost was about $10,700 which included asbestos clean out, attic clean out, rat containment, decontamination, rodent proofing of the attic and exterior, furnace closet clean out and proofing (bc the rats got into it), garage cleaning/decontamiation/proofing, reinstalling insulation and ducts, 2 year warranty AND a custom outside door that goes from the garage to the side of the house (not main garage door if that makes sense). It might seem pricey but in comparison to a different company in our area who quoted around the same price but didnt actually go into the attic to see what was up (aka didnt see the extent of damage/didnt know asbestos was there/ didnt know we would need the new ducts so didnt quote for that) and didnt have the additional custom door, picking Green Rodent was a no brainer. They gave us peace of mind for a good price and good work. ​
