Well after giving me an incorrect sheet of all of the things that I need to do for my pest problem…read morelike empty out all of my cabinets. They're all in the middle of the floor I had arrangements for my dog to go to a groomer which at 1:30 they were closing at 2:00 I wouldn't even been able to get her in there to have her out of the house for the 4 hours they requested. So I hired someone to help me empty out all of my cabinets, everything from the counter down, drawers etc for the spraying, and they didn't even show up. How do I know? Because there's a note on my door to ring my doorbell so I wouldn't miss them. I looked outside at 1:30 and saw the truck parked in front of the office which makes me think they actually went into the office to let them know they were done I would imagine they wouldn't just up and leave without contacting someone or getting a signature but regardless that's a different issue... Now I have to do the whole thing over again in a month and I have to wait an additional month to get this crap handle because of the failure of both my apartment complex and this company and getting this treatment done. I want to make sure they don't get paid for doing the job they didn't do because my manager is about to drop off chemicals for me to do it myself and then I got to wait until the next month for them to do it all over again but this time I'm not going to go to the time and expense of clearing everything out they can basically baseboards in and outside... TBH, I could probably do a better job anyway! So if you're looking for a company that is reliable, this isn't it. If you're looking for a company to do a good job, since they failed to show up they didn't do a good job either. After the fumigation, Jessie and Luis came to remove some cellulose material that a previous termite contractor (not Termite Pro) was supposed to remove from under my house, but missed. When I woke up in the morning, I saw that something had been chewing on my carpet and my wooden door. This is when we started to get concerned. We called our pest company to have them check out what was happening but when they came, they simple gave us some traps where they can get stuck. Throughout this whole ordeal, none of the traps that they gave us and we bought were ineffective. Fast forward a couple of days later, the rodent moved from my room to a smaller room where my dad likes to take a nap. He woke up in a panic because the rodent was on top of his blanket. This is when I decided to look for a company that takes care of rodents. I looked up on yelp and spent hours reading reviews and ended up choosing 360 rodent control. When I sent a message, they replied right away and got me on the phone to set up an appointment for a free inspection (Thank you Lee for coordinating this). Micah came in for the free inspection and spent the entire 2 hours thoroughly checking our entire house. Our house was built in 1940 and we bought it in 2012 so I understand that there's a lot of work that needs to be done. He pointed out the potential rodent entry points, checked our attic, our crawl spaces, etc and showed me some pictures and videos for evidence that we do have a rodent problem. Before ending the inspection, Micah sat down with me and told me the issues that I am having and was honest about what needed to be done. No upselling whatsoever. He was just honest about it. When I asked him about about how much this would cost me, I hesitated for a little but I was glad that they have financing options that would fit my budget. In exchange for my peace of mind, I decided to rodent proof my house with them. He explained to me what they were exactly going to do. During the day of exclusion, George, Jose, and Santiago came out to our residence at 8:45 am. They explained to me what they were going to do and did exactly what they said. They worked diligently and left our residence at 2:45 pm. I am hoping that we won't have this problem anymore. We will follow up with them in a week to see any progress.
