He was unable to get the part needed for the dryer due to it being after 6pm and the warehouse they go to get parts from closes at 5. He was extremely kind and even walked me through the issue and showed me while he was diagnosing how the issue happened that caused my belt to break. and while he was there he went above and beyond and did a full cleaning of the inside of all my lint and buildup over the years that was very nice. He was back right on time the next morning at 9 am sharp and had the new belt installed and had us up and running cant recommend them enough.
