The hardworking staff were kind to me throughout my stay, and they truly deserve to be recognized and rewarded for their service. The hotel offers beautiful views (as shown in my pictures). They have a gym, pool, and jacuzzi (currently closed but reopening in the summer), plenty of parking, kid-friendly areas, a business center where you can access the internet and make photocopies if needed, board games, free coffee 24/7- literally everything you need. Misa told me because I booked through a 3rd party, Airbnb, that I needed to take my dispute up with them. Airbnb says they can't help me because Best Western charged me outside of Airbnb. I'm disputing it with my credit card company currently. I have my receipt from Airbnb, showing I paid in full. There were no other mentions of resort fees or any other additional fees. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Be aware of them stealing your money.

Admittedly the motel looks a little dumpy from the outside and I was a bit disappointed at first, but once I opened the door and saw the unit, I was very glad that we were going to be spending our time at Lake Powell at this little gem.

There's free parking, free breakfast, and our room was spacious. This particular hotel is in the center of the action, close to all of the main attractions in Page. Though Page is a small town so that's a factor too. It's also a pet-friendly hotel and one of the few in Page. Checkout is at 11 a.m. but they granted me a late checkout at noon. I'm not a morning person so the extra time helped. I didn't run into any issues on my visit. I would return. It was just what I needed for a Saturday in Page.

My stay included a breakfast, which was very nice, 6am-9:30am. There was coffee and tea station in the lobby for added convenience. The check in process was simple and easy. The employee was very polite and friendly. After providing a credit card for accidental damages, I received my room card immediately. My room/suite was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchenette was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a sink with garbage disposal. Also had all plates and dishes and utensils and cups, etc. Even had dishwasher soap and paper towels. On the tv, it was my name displayed upon my arrival. The king sized bed was very comfortable. In the closet was an ironing board and an iron, also plenty of hangers. The bathroom had a large walk in shower, plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and towels. Place was nice and clean! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

They have a small pool with hot tub which is nice and they have a weight set with a bench. Parking is great and I love that we can use the app to check in and get a digital key. Called their phone number and told them about our experience. Their explanation was that sometimes roaches crawl up from the sewer and enter the rooms, and its a problem all over Page.
