Compared to the other options in this part of the upstate, which are predominantly corporate, this locally owned shop stands out as unique. I've not tried any of their food yet, but the coffee drinks and service that I have gotten there over the past two years or so have ranged between 3.5 and 5 stars. If I could make it happen on this application, I would rate it a solid 4.5. It has creative decor in an older building with games, puzzles, books, large tables if you want to play with a group. The service was fantastic here--the barista was very accommodating with my tea order and had some excellent recommendations. This is a good place to relax and get some work done. A lot of cozy window nooks and couches and armchairs to relax in as well. read more

I cannot begin to describe the grace and kindness I received from the employees as well as the owner Sarah. I am a customer as well as a fellow small business. Sarah and her employees have supported me and opened their doors to me selling my lemonades at their location on occasion. Customer service does go a long way as well as community service and plain ole understanding the other persons struggle. Being polite and courteous goes a long way. My brother and I came in for a beer after a ride and we sat down and no one greeted us. The employee walked by by 5 times and never spoke to us, greeted or even looked at us. A couple minutes later a young female walks in and she promptly greets and welcomes her. I'm not sure what's going on but this is the second time in the last month this has happened. I finally spoke up to ask her for assistance and she said they are not serving beer for another 45 minutes because no one can serve us. Management should talk to employees about being courteous. This looks like a nice place but customer service was lacking. read more

Amazing service, the people that work there are so kind and personable. Their coffee is also the best i've ever had personally. My order is very basic but for some reason it tastes so much better when I get it here. I also tried their egg and cheese bagel when I was there recently. I loved it but I'm also not from the north so my standards for bagel sandwiches might be different. Overall amazing vibe and great service, get there early though to get a good seat. read more

Love it! The interior has tons of seating and there is plenty of access to outlets. They have decent WiFi, usually, and I appreciate that they serve coffee/tea, beer, and food, too. I personally don't care for the coffee, but they were able to make me a Dirty Chai, which was very, very good and will be my default order going forward. As far as the food goes, the spinach feta pastry I got the first time I went was so incredible, I ordered it the next time I went in, too. I think this is my new favorite coffee shop! Super cute space & full of students and working people. The vibes are indubitable. I got a black coffee & a homemade cinnamon roll. The coffee was really good but the cinnamon roll was pretty dry. It is also FREEZING cold in this place so next time I come I'll be wearing fuzzy socks lol. The staff is super nice & helpful too! Prompt service and a nice selection of coffee drinks (which is what I was searching for.) I ordered the coconut latte today, absolutely delicious. I like that I could sit out on the patio and enjoy my latte while I wrote a letter to my brother. Such a lovely experience. Affordably priced, too, for artisan coffee. Adorable coffee shop just a short drive away from SWU. They have a great vibe, extensive menu with seasonal coffee drinks, food, and great service. I'm giving jitters a 1 star because my friend and I ordered food and it took over an hour to get! The coffees we ordered were not good but we did not want to ask for a different coffee because we did not want to wait any longer. You have the employees walking to and from the bar reading books and sipping coffee and having the best conversation when they have a line of people. One employee walked in and just started working completely unsanitary. I will never be coming back here again and spending money here. read more
