We went to El Quenepo on the recommendation of our tour guide. Boy were we surprised. The food was delicious and probably one of the best meal we had. Most other restaurants lean on the saltier island food side. But El Quenepo was refreshing and well seasoned in each dish preparation. We had 4 appetizers and they all tasted delicious, probably the best meal we had during this whole trip (and we went to 2 high end, well rated restaurants in San Juan!). So kudos to El Quenepo for giving us this pleasant surprise. If you are in Vieques, definitely make an effort to stop by!
