They tried to charge me $125 - which was double the original quote. Now I see why..."THOMAS" is not honest and has biases. This guy literally wrote 3 lines on my invoice and provided NO services! Then I speak to the manager who tried to justify his actions by saying they miscommunicated with Thomas. NOPE! I spoke to admin Samantha 4xs and sent her a detailed 11 page inspection report on the plumbing...there was no miscommunication. Thomas and this company are a fraud! It is my fault for not asking for a printed out quote but stay away from any company that lacks integrity.
