Just ordered Shawarma House via postmates and let me tell you it was delicious. I ordered a Chicken Shawarma Plate with fries and let me tell you there is enough food to feed 2 people on this plate. I got a side of lavash bread which was super soft and big. The Chicken is laid on top of a bed of fries and there is this amazing sauce on the chicken that is indescribable. This plate satisfied every single taste bud I have in my mouth and I can't wait to try their combo plate out. I love their Shawarma beef and chicken. This is the best food of all the Mediterranean places of tried. It has it's own special taste, not like any other place I've tried. They're not stingy either, as they give you everything you need (tomato, bread, sauces, utensils, etc.). If you go inside to order, you'll notice they are hard at work and polite. You'll also see their thick meat hanging, ready to cut. This ain't some cheap fast food place. Btw, I'm a UberEats food delivery guy, so I know what I'm talking about. First time trying a Shawarma plate and it was a delicious first experience. Went with my friend who eats Mediterranean food a lot and he said the place is good. He commented that was the hummus was the best he has ever had, which I 100% agree with. Everything about the plate was delicious from the meat to the rice. We gave this place another try... again. There aren't many places that deliver in our neighborhood so we wanted so badly to like this place. Each time we order delivery something is left out. This time we had no salad dressing and no grilled tomatoes/peppers. Last time all our drinks were missing. The time before that they forgot our salad. I'm starting to think it's intentional. The bbq deal #1 for 4-6 people says it comes with rice AND potatoes. To owner: Just so you know, your menu is misleading. Rice AND potatoes means you get both. Rice OR potatoes means you choose one. You should change your menu to say "or" because you do not give customers both. The garlic sauce, a condiment you charge extra for, is way too small for the price. Finally, you really do need update your website. Someone else complained about your prices changing. Your online menu says the meal was $59.99 but upon delivery the receipt said we were charged $69.99. That is NOT ok especially when you are constantly leaving out part of the so called deal! read more

I ordered 3 orders of beef lule & 2 of chicken lule a-la-carte. The problem? The menu clearly shows TWO (2) beef lule for $4.99, which was why I ordered.... I was disappointed that there was only One (1) piece of lule per order: Instead of Six (6) beef & Four (4) chicken, as I expected (because of the photo); there was only Three (3) pieces of beef & Two (2) pieces of chicken. Also $20 = Free Delivery, but upon check-out they automatically add a 20% tip for the driver, which is rather presumptuous on their part. So now I know.... read more

So I ordered and went back 20 minutes later, but it took them almost another 10 minutes to prepare everything.
