He asked me to follow a few directions and we made it to Franks-A-Lot just 30 minutes before close. I was excited! I was craving a yummy corn dog, not a gas station one. Anyhoo, we showed up just before close and most dog choices were sold out (because they are SOOO YUMMY). After talking with Shon and explaining this was our first time here, he dug around in his remaining inventory to find us each a dog we would like. Yay! OMG! SOOOOO GOOOOOD!! You must stop by!! We will be coming back to try others, but will get here earlier to make sure we get a choice. Yummm!! Open 7 days a week, 11am to 7pm! Must go!

The ambiance of the place really sets the tone, and those coney dogs with meat sauce and onions just hit the spot perfectly. Nothing has changed in 40 years, save the price maybe. They still give you a card from a standard deck of cards to represent your order number when your food is ready. In my humble fat man's opinion, this very well could be the best coney dog west of the Mississippi. Prost!
