Shawerma Plus is the pinnacle of quality customer service. I was deeply impressed by Jawad's professionalism in handling his customers and managing his business. His restaurant is imbibed with a sense of comfort and integrity, beautifully interwoven to create a fresh experience. Not to mention, the food served is prepared with excellence and tender care. I have never had a disappointment here, and have continued to tell all of my friends and family about it. I've even chosen it for special occasions like celebrating friends' accomplishments, or reuniting with old friends. Jawad is a man who has a characteristic charm; he speaks candidly and his honesty makes him a trustworthy person. This is a wonderfully rare quality today. I remember when I first entered his restaurant, he was generous and fully attentive to the needs of my group. He even went out of his way to tell us about his background, explain the fine food we were served on time, and entertained us with stories of his university-student life days. Rating: 10/10 We recently catered from Shawerma plus for two of our big events. One of them had 150+ guests and the other had 300+ guests. When 300 people have enjoyed the food and they give you their word for it, you really can't go wrong! I came frm Germany for holidays and i wanted to have a great food for good price. I was recommended from my friends whom live in hamilton to visit Waterloo and eat in Shawerma plus. Although it is 60 km away, it was worth going as i had amazing food for best price. I tried the Sahwerma plate and it was done in a professional way. The price was really affordable comparing to the quantity of food. The flavor of Shawerma was really excellent. The flafel were fresh and the plate was designed perfectly. What is more important and made me excited about the restaurant is the smiles and greetings i got from the owners and workers there. This made us happy as we felt home. The shawarma here is different. It is authentic and Syrian just like home and has great taste. You will only know how good their shawarma is if you have had others in this country, or of an Arabic origin like myself. The shawarma is always tender, flavorful with the perfect spices, and of high quality in comparison with other places around. Also, pricing is better than any other shawarma around universities in Waterloo. If you have never been, I highly recommend their shawarma plate with rice and fattoush and you can always thank me for this suggestion :) I should also mention that the family operating this business is the nicest around. This place is by far the best all over Ontario. I have been to the place where Shawerma is originally made. The food in Shawerma Plus way exceeded my expectations specially when i had to know that owners are themselves the cook. This really made a big difference for me. Get the mixed platter. It's like having the 4 parks of DisneyWorld in your mouth. Everyday comes with different specials that are a new small adventure. Great for lunch! Best food experience that you could go for in KW area. The bbq is great and just better than all other places I tried in KW or even Ontario.
