It was a nice clean, modern shop and appeared well organized, which is important to me. We sat down and discussed my needs and Rick assured me that he could do everything that I required. I had a proof of the art work the next day. I approved it, and the following day Rick actually dropped off the job at my office! He made the process very easy. You can be sure that I will be back!

It takes a minute to notarize, however, you want customers to waste their PRECIOUS time booking appointments. Finally, I came across Revere Business Center, called the office and the gentleman on the other side greeted and treated me like a human. I can't say my job was particularly complicated, nor did it require any prep work on Minuteman's…read morepart, but still: I had an extremely quick turnaround rush poster job I needed to be printed and everyone came through for me and then some! As a graphic designer I'd already gotten everything laid out for them on a USB drive (and called in advance) but they basically dropped whatever else was going on in order to get it done within the hour. Everyone there was both friendly and polite for every step of the way. While I was there they even offered some of their own seating*, which I declined, but was a friendly gesture. The print quality of the poster was excellent, with near perfect color accuracy, and lastly they didn't charge a rush fee (which I was fully prepared to accept). *The aspect would be one area for obvious improvement at this location was the interior space: It feels pretty barebones in terms of comfort and presentation, and I was surprised that they haven't leveraged their printing capabilities to bring in a little color into the space. A few poster examples framed on the walls, an interesting banner perhaps, along with a simple but comfortable bench in the front would give a more "established" first impression. That said, it's the quality and service that counts most, and on those counts they are solid.
