However, the past 2 years, come renewal, I wouldn't hear from them at all. Policy documents would show up randomly in my mailbox without notification from StreetSmart. This year, after I got policy renewal documents for both auto and home, one of their managers reached out to "chat with me" about my renewal "ahead of time", showing they had no idea that my policies renewed. I shared feedback with them last year that I felt it was unacceptable to be making commission on my policies every year without offering any service, like shopping rates with me every year or even reaching out to ensure my policy met my future needs since life can change quickly.
