The thing that REALLY drives me nuts about the pharmacy is the new "20 questions" game when picking something up. Announce your name, address, date of birth to everyone in line (hey, why not your phone number and social security number too??). I went to pick up some needed medication before the pharmacy closed. A man was there when I got there and they told him there was no medicine for him to pick up. The woman was joined by another woman and they kept talking to him. They spoke to his wife over his cell phone. Oh, his medication was at a Brockton CVS! No problem, they decided to just shoot the breeze with him for a very long time. I was never even acknowledged, even though I had been clearly waiting. They just ignored me completely. Who was this guy? Well, I should have come bearing gifts because he brought them a pizza gratis! So that allowed him to monopolize their time and just let me stand there like a schlep for over ten minutes. It was very annoying especially as I was feeling ill. I had to leave. They may still be talking to this guy! I will never shop at this CVS again and even though the Walgreens in Westwood isn't great, I will be taking my pharmacy business there.

First time I Uber-ed out there from a another town, but was delighted discovering they ship the must-be-refrigerated meds to me, over-night packed with cooling packs, so the bottle always arrived chilled, Amazing ! I only had to wait 10 minutes outside and five minutes inside. The people giving the shots were professional quick and pleasant. also they had the instant Covid tests in stock for $30. I haven't been able to find those anywhere. This pharmacy also makes herbal remedies and compounds. I'm going to try their sleep time vegetarian capsules that support sleep anxiety and stress. Very pleased how this all went.

The on-line site is so difficult to work with, that after you have carefully checked to see that your final cost after using coupons, rewards, etc., definitely does not go over the $35 limit for free shipping, they still inject their shipping cost for the final amount. I like this store because they always have a good stock of items, such as stuffies! Why I am giving a two star is because this store has bad management, store & pharmacy. There's many employees here & never seems to really ever be short staffed compared to other locations but they never want to attend to customers. It could be not busy at all & your Rx will still take an hour or be forgetten completely, just for something that needs a label to be stuck onto a container lol. Service is nonexistent here unfortunately. On the bright side, they do keep the shelves stocked & quite organized. It's located in the Truman Hwy Plaza, where you can find Stop & Shop for groceries and a liquor store to make a quick run for some booze. They also have EV chargers (Shell ReCharge) in this plaza, as well! They're currently free, courtesy of Shell, with a limit of 1 hr charge/session @9.6kW, ~32mi/hr.

Hours later I receive a message that my prescription is ready, I drive over, waited a bit in line and when I finally get to the counter I'm told that it is in fact ready but that the system was not producing the price on my meds and that I would have to come back later. Delivery times are unpredictable. Some workers' attitudes at Walmart are bad, as I mentioned above. I switched to other grocery stores, but I still use Walmart for certain things I know are cheaper. But things aren't as cheap at Walmart anymore. I am so discouraged by the way they treat customers. I only use them when there's no other choice. Another problem is that they give you the wrong grocery order. Someone should take a look at this company and see how they trick consumers.
