The first thing that impressed me was that Wesley answered the phone at 3:45 on a Saturday afternoon when we called to get help with our Kia Sorento. In my experience, it can be difficult to get help from a mechanic late in the day on a Saturday. After we told him that our SUV started to hesitate as we accelerated up the hill on the highway outside of Manchester, he invited us to stop by. When we got there around 4:15, he plugged his computer into the car, diagnosed the problem and, as expected, said that he couldn't do anything about fixing it until he got the necessary parts on Monday. When Monday rolled around, Wesley was able to get an after-market part from Napa Auto Parts but it would have cost $300. Wesley was appalled at how expensive it was! Instead, to save us money, he arranged for us to drive over to NY to pick up the parts from a Kia dealer (our car was drivable). Once we had the parts, Wesley installed them in about 15 minutes. And, refused to allow us to pay him for his time! In the end, the repair cost us $150 but could have cost as much as $500. Because of his integrity, Wesley chose to help us out and to not take advantage of us when he easily could have done so. He said that he didn't like that tourists in need are sometimes preyed upon and that it wasn't a practice of his to do so. Total incompetence when repairing drivers window not functioning they spent three hours with there…read morecomputer trying to diagnose a 2002 window problem put the car on the lift could not figure out why they were looking for other problems that did not exist told me the front end neaded work. Nobody asked them to check my front end I had just had my entire front suspension rebuild in the end they had no idea what was wrong with my drivers window but when I left passenger window also stoped working from screwing around for hours trying to trouble shoot a 25 yr old car window problem bottom with a computer instead of taking door card apart they wasted 3 hr embellishment of a unnecessary repair and taking out drivers window computer that also operates passenger side with the scan tool. I personally replaced drivers side ecu and trouble shot the drivers window tap drivers window motor with a screw driver motor stated to work ecu brought back to life passenger window problem solved totally incompetent to do anything but change parts of diagnosing the simplest problems without ther scan tool They are part changers not mechanics beware when bringing your car there for service ps I do not and never had repaired cars in my life this was the most basic problem compounded by incompetence

If you go for a ball joint, they will sell you control arms. They will say, it will be impossible to do the job without the upgrade. They prefer to use their source for parts because they make upwards of 30% on that brand. Lastly, they will charge you $50 for 2 rags and 1.00 worth of break fluid. My advise, go somewhere else for the same price.
