I again explained my problem and told her I was short on time, that their customer service is pitiful, and that I needed to wrap things up. She was helpful when I was trying to remember what the exact lip glass I previous bought was. I sampled a bunch of testers to remember. The MAC counter at Dillard was busy, every representative was helping someone. I felt like their bouncing around was cleaner and respectful. My representative was helping me, and then excused herself to go back to another customer. When at the California MAC counters, I feel like I have to keep my eye on the representative and make sure they come back to finish our product questionnaire/ discussion, or I get passed to their other peers never finishing that original discussion and have to restart it with another peer. So annoying. Dillard's MAC representatives are not commissioned based, which probably sucks for them, but as a customer, I'd rather come here and get proper attention and value.
