My first visit was a walk-in with the tech in chair #5. He helped me pick my color, and did a great job with a new shape. The retention was SO good - I came back a little under 4 weeks due to breaking a nail pretty badly. During the second visit, I was also a walk-in and had to wait about 45-50 min which was fine because I ran an errand. Once I returned at the time they stated originally, it was a brief wait. Service was good, I chose to simply match the length of my broken nail rather than go for tips. I haven't gotten a pedicure here so I can't speak to that. Payment is easy through Zelle, Venmo, CashApp in addition to general payments like cash and card. I'm sad to be leaving the East side and sad that I only just started coming here :( May be worth making the trip (only 20min but I don't like driving!) once a month.

Very happy they took walk ins, should have went to them to begin with but hadn't found them when I was first looking. Definitely will be returning as their prices are very reasonable. The place is very clean and presentable, calming environment and very kind and professional staff. Rosy did an amazing job with both my pedicure and manicure. The express pedicure came with a foot scrub, sugar scrub, lotion massage, and a gel polish. I was impressed with the outcome as I have some damaged nails and really tiny toes. I also have really rough feet, callused over from wearing my steel toe boots for work and she was able to scrub all of it off and make them feel fresh and smooth again. She put four coats of polish on my manicure, I got the "White rabbit" color and it came out great!
