If you want a five minute hair cut then this is the place is for you. If you'd like to pay $50 to have your ends trimmed, not even your layers trimmed, come here. I wasn't even shown the back of my head when she was done. I talked to the owner and asked her if she thought a 5 minute hair cut was acceptable. Her response was, that depends. The Shop is well decorated with a little Boutique full of fun tchotchkes and apparel. Everybody is happy and it is obvious they enjoy their professions. The Owner is very much about Continuing Education and keeping her staff relevant, and up to date with current styles, products, and techniques and it shows in their skills, knowledge and application methods. DO NOT GO HERE! They are so selfish/immature. Salon refusing to refund me I have been asking for a refund for two weeks now. They are still ignoring my bank. I put the reason as not receiving the services I paid for. I got my hair done and loved the color after paying $240. I washed my hair 3 days after getting my hair done and all of the toner/color washed out. So now I'm stuck with bleached orangish hair when I used to have ashy blonde hair. Will buy be toning my hair myself because at the salon they did it twice and the reason it didn't stay in is because the toner was too light. I posted two pics one is before and one is after. You can tell which is after because there's no toner it's just bright blonde. They are refusing to refund me more than $30. They said that the toner is the only thing they will refund even though the pic I showed them as reference looks nothing like the hair they gave me. I wanted two thin front pieces not a big chunk just bleached in the front. Absolutely terrible! read more

$150 for a cut and color. I work 8-5pm Monday through Friday with barely anytime for myself. Currently going to a financial hardship and extreme emotional duress. Missed my appointment. Was charged $75 for missing which drew my account into the negative. Called to explain my circumstances, I apologized, asked to pay at a later time, and asked for a refund. Was denied because of "policy". Clearly customer does not come first. read more

I loved the hairstylist at this salon. Erin does a great job. However, I made an appointment for color in September of 2021. They sent me a text to confirm the appointment. I arrived only to find out the appointment had been deleted. Things happen so I made an appointment for October 23rd. I just called to verify the appointment and again they had no record of the appointment even though I have a text confirming the appointment. The attitude of the gal who makes the appointment was terrible. She was so nonchalant about the whole situation. I've lived in Tucson for a little over 3 years and have had my hair cut several times by other salons some of which I've had horrible experiences. No horrible experience here! Savanna was wonderful! I came in with my long thick and partially curly/kinky hair up in a bun. I must say it was a little deceiving based on the fact that I flat ironed it too so she really didn't know what kind of hair she would be cutting. I really didn't know what I wanted to do with it so she was ultra conservative in cutting it. When I got home I really wasn't happy with the way it flowed because it didn't. So I called her 2 days latter and she told me to come right in. When I left there I was over the moon! She made my hair look amazing!
