Got hair and makeup done…read more 5 stars. Hair was great, the stylist was attentive, professional, clearly experienced, and worked with me to achieve my vision, and then some. 1 star. Makeup was terrible. The application happened in the corner station... the lighting is uneven as it's near a window and you're sitting diagonally, creating weird shadows. The MUA even said the lighting in the corner makes it hard. The application itself was a mess. I don't think my MUA had very much experience, and definitely not with hooded eyes. There was no primer used on eyes or face, no eyeliner (I had to do this myself), and lashes were cut to uneven lengths so on one eye it was too short ( I could not tell at first because of the lighting). The glue application was awful and the eyelash popped off as soon as I stepped out of the store, but I was too over the whole experience to go back and try to have her fix it. I could have done a better job myself and won't be using their MUA services here.

I came here recently for a spray tan and it was incredible. NO where near orange, and it smells great! I loved it so much I already booked my next appointment! I also had a blowout done here and the woman was so wonderful and listened to my concerns. I have very fine thin hair that can't hold a curl very well. She listened and understood my concerns and used specific products and curled my hair a certain way and the curls LASTED ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!!!!!!!!! They also do custom foundations!!!! ITS AMAZING! They customize it to your preference of coverage, matte, dewy, spf, and minerals! You name it, they got it! They keep your record on file so that you can easily call back and they'll make it for you again to come pick up! I'M HOOKED!!!!!!!! This place is absolutely amazing and everyone is so nice and I just cant wait to go back again to feel like a million bucks!!!!!!!!

Photo attached, taken on July 4th, the day after. My hair was fried from HOURS in bleach. The color was inconsistent. I ended up crying on the floor of Target to buy bleach just so I could have something that looked close to normal. I had to chop off 6 inches of hair and give myself bangs because of the sheer volume of fried hair. It is several months later and I have spent close to $2500 trying to fix my hair. The ends are still crispy and break off and my hair is barely chin length. Of note, he barely wore a mask the entire time. He also left bleach in my hair while he went into the hallway to argue with a girl who took a photo of him doing hair without a mask. He also commented on my husband who is of Chinese descent something to the effect of "I love Asian men! They are like f*cking a dolphin because they are so smooth!" He also kept sneaking in the back to take shots of vodka so pretty sure he wasn't sober most of the time. These are just the highlights of the experience. Suffice it to say, I will not be going back and I would not recommend this business to anyone I want to remain friends with.

I highly suggest her for anyone trying to fix their hair, change any colors in their hair, and to do balayage styles. I met with Mandee for a consultation after walking in with highlights that was making me look like I transported here straight from 2006. A few weeks earlier, I went to a "local balayage specialist" but they gave me highlights instead of balayage, and I couldn't stand looking at myself in the mirror. Mandee did a great job talking me through what we could do to fix my hair, and it sounded perfect. She found time in her schedule a few days later, added a shadow root and painted bleach on the tips and made my ridiculous highlights look just like balayage. Thank you Mandee!

After three years of being a loyal customer at this location--and consistently arriving at least 10…read moreminutes early--I was recently marked as a no-show for an appointment. This appointment had been scheduled months in advance. When I received the 48-hour reminder text, I was in the middle of moving and in one of the busiest stretches of my work year. I immediately tried to call to cancel, but they were closed that day and there was no clear way to cancel through any other method. Because of everything going on, calling back the next day unfortunately slipped my mind. On the day of the appointment, they called me, and I apologized for missing it and explained the situation. During that conversation, it sounded like they might be able to work with me to avoid being charged for a service I didn't receive. However, a few days later I checked my bank account and saw that I had been charged the full amount. While I understand this may be their official policy, I reached out again to explain that I had attempted to cancel and had no available option to do so within the 48-hour window. What followed was a drawn-out process where I was consistently never called back in the time frame I was told and ultimately I was informed I would still be responsible for the full charge. After three years of loyalty--and even considering recommending them for my brother's upcoming wedding--this experience was extremely disappointing.
