Once stepping inside the lady at the desk saw how tired I was and immediately offered me a fresh cup of hot coffee. AWSOME! One lady took my mom to do her hair and another one took me. Since my hair was already washed the night before I did not have to do it again that morning, in fact they even told me that my hair would even stay better because I was not washing it that morning... Btw...Great advice that I will be sure to remember it for the future. I told the lady working on my hair exactly what I wanted... Straight hair on top and loose full curls on the bottom. It took a little under an hour to do my whole head which was great because I have a lot of hair lol My end result was just fabulous, once my hair settled I literally fell in love with it. I couldn't have asked for anything better. My moms hair came out beyond gorgeous. Both of us were very happy with our results. Throughout the rest of the day, everyone complimented on how outstanding and beautiful our hair was. Even today my hair still looks great! On our way out of the salon, I was thirsty and asked the lady for some water... She sincerely apologized and told me they ran out and was willing to go down the street to the store to go buy me some...of course I didn't take the offer but I found that gesture to be extremely sweet. They took me right in and gave me the BEST blowout compared to the salon I go to which is 20 minutes away. My hair was a bit flat when I got it done, but the next day is so voluminous and I keep getting compliments! The staff is so nice and sweet, I forgot my card at home and while I was searching for it I was told I could come back and pay the next day. How nice is that? 10/10 stars! As for my hair, it's sleek and slightly curly just the way I wanted it. I didn't catch the lady's name who washed my hair, but my scalp feels super clean, she def took her time and I can tell! The lash appointment wasn't the best because Jen kept leaving me on the table to go take care of other customers. After 2 hours it was finally my turn to get washed. I showed Richard the hair style I wanted- TWICE- and Jen spoke to him about it then asked how short I wanted my hair. That's when I got concerned because the hair style is for long hair, which I already have. My hair goes past my mid back. I told her SEVERAL TIMES "Do not touch the length. I love my long hair" Richard starts cutting and then flips my hair past my shoulders and I see no hair..... it's all gone. Easily 5-6 inches chopped off. Jen smiles and said "We only took off an inch" I wanted to scream, cry, vomit- it took me so long to get my hair to the length I wanted it to be at and they ruined it. They ruined it the day before my baby shower. Which Jen knew was the very next day. I told her I didn't want the length touched and all she said was "It was necessary" just ADMIT that your husband messed up big time. Admit that you said something to him that made him cut off my hair. You threw away a 7 year loyal customer over what you thought was "necessary" Well it's now necessary for me to take my business elsewhere. Also look at the other reviews and what do they all have in common? SHORT HAIR. Richard only knows how to cut short hair. She's really quick with application, yet meticulous and I'm always happy with my lashes afterwards. They also last longer for me (almost a month) compared to when I get lashes done at other places. They have a new credit card payment system now, so you can save a few bucks if you pay in cash (I believe it's around 3%).
