I purchased a $60 bottle of lotion and discovered it had a faulty pump within minutes. When I brought it to the business's attention to request a refund they refused, even though I hadn't yet left the store and didn't get to use even a drop of product out of the bottle. Instead the worker gave me another bottle of product that looked like it had been used. Less than a week later I again tried to use the replacement bottle of lotion at the same business, and the pump has the same issue as the first. Despite the obvious flaw that makes the product unusable the owner still refused to refund me. I'm stuck with a $60 bottle of lotion that can't be used. Worst of all, the first faulty bottle is right back on the shelf waiting to rob another person of their hard-earned $60.

Today I was told by (unknown name) who was working the front counter that because it was 4:25pm and they close at 5pm on Sunday's that I wouldn't be able to get my spay tan because there was another lady infront of me in line. So basically because she didn't want to do extra work or get out of work later than 5pm that I get to leave an unhappy costumer and go on my vacation to myrtle beach tomorrow morning before they even open super pale!! (which I'm not sure when spray tans take 20+ mins per person all of a sudden anyways). Very disappointing that it seems costumer service is not a thing for some people now a days. Not to mention every time I see this young lady working she's constantly on her cell phone. ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens. Can be pricey for lotions but usually worth it. So almost 3 years ago a had started a membership at a decent price because I didn't want to be paste-y white in my cream wedding dress. Got married & moved 40 minutes away from the closest PBT but kept the hold (small service fee that can be used as credit) on the account in HOPES of one day starting it back up - ONE DAY never came. Staff has ALWAYS been NICE & ALWAYS SUPER HELPFUL & VERY patient with beginner tanners. Last night I finally decided to cancel (close to closing I was in the area for a meeting & went in & the staff as always came to my rescue & helped me cancel - didn't look at me crossed-eyed - and carefully helped me spend my credit on products.

FYI ONCE SPRAY WAS $35. On Valentine's Day they are doing them for $30. The lady at the front desk was really lovely, I might misspell this but her name was Kryssia! She took the time to explain to me how their spray tans work, from light to medium to dark. You an also add an accelerator or scent or even extra bronze! She showed me how the machine works since I was a little bit nervous to repeat a Ross Galler situation (if you don't get that reference, I can't help you) and talk to me through using the hairnet and I really liked how they had temporary shoes peel off a couple tabs and they stick right to the bottom of your foot so you don't have to experience any ick! The machine wanted itself so you weren't freezing, and had built-in drying. I have to say the machine made a couple noises probably an older machine, but I'm excited to see if it did the trick. I will certainly be returning and try the medium since I opted for the late and didn't want to overdo it on my first try.
