You can tell she enjoys doing this and takes pride in her work. She isn't someone just going through the motions. I am very impressed with my brows and the overall experience. A little run down of what happens - you make a consult appointment and then go in for the consult. She explains the process and actually outlines the areas where your brows should be. If you decide to proceed, you then make an appointment for the microblading. This appointment takes approx. 1 1/2 hours. I will admit that it is slightly uncomfortable when she first starts but she then adds a numbing cream and you can no longer feel it. You then make your appt for approx 6 weeks for a fill. Riki gives you a detailed sheet with what to expect and do over the next few weeks. She also gives you the items needed for the initial few weeks - cleanser, ointment to be applied. You cannot exercise to where you sweat for 2 weeks - you've been warned ladies! LOL - this part was a little frustrating for me but I got my run done in the morning before going and just knew what to expect and thought about long term and how I didn't want to impact the look, plus I just spent all of that money, there was no way I was damaging her awesome work! The second week, I had a little flaking and they were a little itchy. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend going here, if you are considering microblading.

Don't even think about booking anyone else. Riki is the best and she books up quick. I was always afraid that my wedding makeup would end up looking too overdone, but Riki completely dispelled those fears. I've never seen some deftly transition between makeup styles. For my bridesmaid who wanted it heavier, she got it. For my mom who doesn't wear makeup and wanted just a touch of it, she got it. If you explain to Riki what you want (even in general terms) she makes it happen. She's a makeup magician! And such a calming presence too. Truly, can't thank her enough for making me feel and look like myself on my wedding day!

This was one of the worst nail experiences I've had in a long time. I called and made an…read moreappointment a couple days prior after hearing good reviews about it. I walked in, was asked what I want even though I let them on the phone and was told it was something they could do. I let them know again I want dip with nail extensions. They asked me if I wanted something different they had, I politely declined. Once I'm sat, Amy my nail tech starts doing my nails and seems very confused by what steps to take next. She asks me if I want something different (I think it's called gel x? I'm not entirely sure.) I let her know I've had it done a few times prior and I'm not a fan and again, I politely declined. To make a long story long, she filed my nails paper thin, shaping wasn't great, dip powder all over my skin and one broke less than 24 hours later. It has been one week and two more of my nails broke yesterday. Safe to say, I'll never go back there again. Also, I still tipped her even being unsatisfied. I know we all have to make a living but be better and don't question your clients so much. They know what they want before they even come in.

I recently moved back to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon, so I decided to give…read morethis place a try--and overall, I had a really pleasant experience. The salon was clean, peaceful, and not busy at all when I arrived. I was able to get in right away, which was great (I went on a Thursday morning). I didn't have much time, so I opted for a gel polish change on my feet and a fill-in on my nails with a cut down and reshaping. The polish change was quick and efficient, and I especially appreciated the extra touch: the man who did it wrapped my feet in a warm towel and gently massaged and squeezed them afterward. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and although he had no idea, that simple gesture gave me unexpected relief and meant a lot. The fill-in, however, did take quite a long time. I arrived around 10:45 AM and didn't leave until about 1:40 PM. While I understand that quality takes time, the process definitely felt longer than expected for just a fill. One standout part of the service was at the end: while I was under the UV light, the woman who did my nails came over with a warm towel in a plastic bag and gave me a shoulder massage. I've never had that kind of attention and care at a nail salon before--it was truly a lovely and unexpected bonus. Now, the only downside (and the reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars) was what happened during checkout. As someone who believes in tipping--I don't get a service without leaving a tip--I was really caught off guard when the staff member told me I needed to leave one before I even received my receipt. When I asked if the tip line would be on the receipt, he printed it out and pointed directly to where I should write the amount. I've never been to a place that basically demanded a tip like that. It made the checkout feel awkward and a bit uncomfortable after such a relaxing visit. Despite that, the overall service was lovely, and I do plan on giving them another try. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, and I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and experiencing what their pedicures are like!
