I contacted the salon; the owner was very rude and stated that she is booked until May, cannot fit us in and told us to request a refund for our salon gift card. The salon owner is refusing to honor our gift card that we paid for. Stay away from this business. She's stealing money from community members and is extremely rude.

It's taking me two weeks to get the courage to write a review myself, but every time I look in the mirror, I feel so depressed. I feel like my hair is mutilated to the point where other people are pointing it out. I've been told that I should reach out and get my money back or have them cut and fix my hair. But I feel like even if I had them fix it it's still gonna be messed up considering I'm gonna have the shortest hairstyle I've ever had in my 34 years of living. And there's no way the person would refund my money.
