If you see them, I would get their food. It was a one man show and he was really working hard. Once we ordered our food came out quickly. We got crab cake sliders with their kelp sauce that had actual kelp and was SO GOOD! We also got the shrimp sandwich and it was brine shrimp and wonderfully seasoned. This was the first food truck I've been to at an event that I felt was completely worth the cost and I would have paid that price at a restaurant and been really happy with my meal.

The bacon was thick cut, perfectly cooked. Full of flavor. The waffles were fresh and handmade and then it was drizzled with a scrumptious hot honey! The sandwich did not leave me feeling heavy, so you know these were quality ingredients made with love. It was a beautiful sunshiney day in Farmingdale. They are a cash only operation but they do have a small ATM built-in into the trailer. It's a gravel parking lot with picnic tables. There is a porta potty on site as well. They serve a variety of fried food and seafood. Along with several sandwich options. They have a sign on the trailer that explains it's not fast food. We were the fourth order in queue and it took about 20 minutes to get our order. That was reasonable, in my opinion. Our food was tasty and hot!! They don't season their French fries but you can use their salt, pepper & seasoning shakers at the window. There is no covered seating so if it's raining, one would likely stay in their vehicle to eat. There was a steady stream of customers placing orders We can't wait to go back!!!
