They have a wide variety of different firmness levels, each at different prices. They can make the foam big or small, cut up or not. They charge by the cubic inch. The foam I got was blue and smelled foamy. The service was good- they helped me to my car with the purchase, which was nice of them. They managed to under promise and over deliver for the foam, which was good. Parking is easy- they're basically on their own street that you can park along. They did a solid job of getting customers taken care of while giving everyone their distance. I'm glad I came here.

About 3 weeks after we dropped it off, I received an email and text stating the rug was ready for pick-up. But when I went to pick it up, I was told it was not ready and the 'system' sometimes sends out false messages. About a week and a half later, I received another message the rug was ready for pick-up. Once at the store, I inspected the rug and was shocked and somewhat incensed at what I was looking at. The rug was destroyed. Instead of restoring the damaged portions, they cut them off and sewed new binding/edges. Had I known they were going to do that, I would have never taken my rug to them to restore. They blamed it on a communications issue. I took the rug to them to restore based on favorable reviews, their name "Aladin Cleaning and Restoration," and longevity. There are companies in San Antonio that actually do restore rugs, I just chose the wrong one that does not have the capability and capacity to do so. The rug they destroyed was purchased when we lived in Europe and has significant sentimental value ... can never be replaced! Now it is going to cost significantly more to have the carpet restored based on Aladin's actions.

First, we used this company for an LG refrigerator repair. we were unable to do the repair…read moreourselves and hired their specialty guy for refrigerators. The initial diagnostic was great. Hooked up the meter and checked it out. replaced the part and all was well. Timely and efficient service. unfortunately, we had them back out twice as the issued wasn't 100% resolved. But they came back both times and worked the problem until resolved. no extras, no extra fees. Works great now. 5 stars to the Refrigerator crew!! after such positive success with the fridge, we called Premier for their dishwasher team. we were able to order and replace the needed parts ourselves with LGs great website and video assistance. however, one problem remained that continues to elude repair. I guess the dishwasher guy took offense because of our initiative to do the majority of the repair. He tried quoting a repair and parts fee sight unseen that was not at all what was needed. Then hewas belligerent about coming out to do a diagnostic, quoting the fee for that. We were asking for that help, so we're already to pay for it! This the consult. When he finally comes, he doesn't do a diagnostic with the computer system at all. He runs it a few minutes, makes a few guesses, then leaves. Charged us for his "expertise." Problem not solved. 0 stars for the dishwasher guys.

I walked in and the owner is busy running around loading, fixing, verifying various appliances. The front of the store is set up with great quality products but he didn't have a receptionist so I was patient. When he came to me, I told him what I was looking for because the refrigerators in the front were too big for what I needed and out of my small budget. He walked me to the back and showed me the perfect one. He delivered it the next day (he is a one man shop-loads and delivers by himself if it is not being picked up.) I called the next day thinking there was a problem with the fridge but it was a user error and although he knew it was simple, he still came at the end of his day to come show me TWICE! (1st time was programing the fridge, 2nd was my error of plugging in the microwave and fridge in the same outlet. ‍‍ I can't imagine how tough it might be for him to have to deliver to people when they don't live close. Without staff to help, he basically is leaving his business and potentially losing customers. I am very close so it was easier, but early morning or end of day is about the only time he has to be able to deliver or service what people buy if there is an issue. He gives a 45 day guarantee which is great!
