The tone in that interaction was frustrating, especially given the delay. The shed was delivered and it looked great, but there was a minor issue with the exterior trim. We had a miscommunication regarding how far around the board and batten would go, given ventilation for firewood. We requested that a few extra trim boards be added to make it the more symmetric look we had envisioned and thought to be the design. Jamaica Cottage team proved to be very responsive. They brought the extra trim boards within a couple of days and put them up on site. We love the product. Thank you!
