Went here for my seeds (ethos genetics are great and they carry the lineup.) A few weeks later, I…read moreasked the kid working for some help with a fungicide that would be safe for my hydro grow, to add in the reservoir. He looked at the wall and recommended a product that looked alright. We followed all instructions, triple checked our measurements, then added the solution. Big mistake. 5 minutes later, our entire grow is spewing foam from every available pore, accumulating like some sort of bubble bath prank. We had to flush the whole system about 10 times to just get the water to stop producing new foam, and even after a rinse the plants were not looking good. I called the guy at Berkshire Hydro to see what the heck was going on, and received the lousiest customer service I've had in my life. He could not have been more clear that he didn't give a hoot about the damage HIS advice inflicted. He made a crummy excuse about thinking I was using a soil setup (At a HYDROPONICS store, after specifically explaining I wanted a root drench fungicide to put IN MY RESERVOIR), and completely refused to accept responsibility, apologize, or offer ANY compensation. A few days on, and 3 of our 4 plants are dead with the 4th likely to follow. Our entire setup could have been DESTROYED because of this employee's negligence and incompetence, and weeks of progress was destroyed. If you go here, don't listen to a word they say and do all your own research. What a crapshoot.
