Making an appointment is very easy. They're just one phone call away and they always pick up. You can also view and book appts on their patient portal website which is convenient and highly recommended! Due to corona, you have to wait in your car and call them on the phone to let them know of your arrival. A vet assistant will come outside to your car to have you fill paperwork, answer questions, take payment, etc. Only one person is allowed inside the clinic. You can also choose to let the vet assistant take your puppy inside while you wait in the car! My puppy is always greeting the staff with loads of hyper energy and a wagging tail so you know they're great people! The staff is super friendly and sweet. They were patient about answering my many many new dog mom questions. They also handed flea samples and a folder filled with informational pamphlets. It's pretty helpful to keep all your doggo's information in one place. I highly recommend everyone to come here.

While I agree that might've caused a mild upset stomach, my cat was having pure liquid, extreme diarrhea for 4+ days, which I knew wasn't normal. We were told at our appointment (on Friday afternoon) they would call/email with her fecal test results on Monday or Tuesday. It's now Tuesday evening with no contact so we called to inquire and were told actually the vet isn't there until Thursday so he'll look at it then. Meanwhile my poor cat is leaking diarrhea all over the entire house with a red, raw backside (not to get too graphic). When we said this they begrudgingly told us they could get someone else to look at it tomorrow, but I still feel that's unacceptable. They shrugged off our concerns, gave her some OTC probiotics which I feel only made it worse, and now are taking their sweet time with her test results, all after charging us $200!!! I wouldn't recommend bringing your pet here, it's not worth the money or time.

Remus put up an amazing fight but unfortunately ended up crossing to the other side. During the process they gave us as much time we needed with him and made it such an overall loving experience. We will NEVER forget their generosity to our boy and us during this emotional time. Afterwords, they presented us his ashes in the most beautiful way possible. They charged $63 for an exam, the puppy needs multiple shots but they have been adding fees for needles disposal and other erroneous charges. The vet was very rude to me and so were here staff. I was being friendly, smiling and trying to be social. They made me wear a mask while none of them did. The vet told me my puppy needs to be bathed. I just took him to the groomer. He is a puppy, he literally rolls in the yard and acts crazy. He has just rolled around before we went there. I groom my dogs regularly and treat them like babies. I am looking for a new vet now.

When dropping him off I told the person at the counter not to shave him totally and the girl looked at my friends account on the computer and told me that she understood because there were notes saying how to clip him. My friend came at 4:30 to pick up her dog and was told they hadn't started working on him yet! She waited 30 minutes until they were done. When they brought him out to go home it was a real chop job, the ridges from the clipper were visible from the side it was obvious that certain areas were shaved unevenly. The hair on the head and around the ears was chopped with no attention to detail. She was shocked and spoke to the owner about how awful the job was and asked for a partial refund, at least for the tip given. The owner said she would get back to her and never did. I have clipped and shaved my own dogs at home and know I could've done a better job!

It wasn't until we were in Jacksonville (away from family & new to the area) that I found myself needing to board her. After WEEKS of searching different facilities, I choose PAWVILLE. Saying I was a MESS leaving her there was an understatement. I cried leaving her. The facility was beautiful, well kept, secure & the staff was friendly (again, just me being an over protective parent). I Bella stayed for 6 days. I received pictures of my baby and the staff was patient with me, when I'd call to check on her. Needless to say, I cried ALOT when I picked up my baby. She was happy to see me and she was fine. A lil confused, but she was fine and well cared for. I ended up using PAWVILLE a.few times while we were in Jacksonville. Fast forward 4 years & back in San Diego I recently rescued another dog & need to board him (here we go again). My thoughts, "its San Diego, this will be easy." The bar PAWVILLE instilled in my needs for boarding is beyond measure. I miss the facility & the comfort I found in knowing my furchild was safe.
