All of the materials were available, not just the cheese and meats and all that. But also knives, cutting boards, etc. The owner was our instructor and she was the sweetest. Each person in the group got their own kit and they gave us advice on how to arrange things based on flavors and type of item, encouraged our designs and it was really fun. This was a use by date, not a purchase by date, so it had no shelf life. I thought any establishment would be embarrassed to sell a product 1 1/2 months after the expiration date. Now here's the problem. The Glenview store is 40 minutes from me. I am much closer to the Mt. Prospect store and I was under the impression that the Wild Fork sign on both stores means that they would both back up product sold by the Wild Fork corporation. Well Mt. Prospect wouldn't help me in any way since I did not buy the item there. Don't give me the "franchise" excuse. If Wild Fork can't figure out how to stand behind their product, no matter which location, I have no reason to ever set foot in any of their stores again.

Then she shopped here at Oak Mill Mall up until she passed away. I still come here for my sausage, ground veal and ground sirloin. I think of my mom every time I walk in. I'm thankful they kept and carried on the traditions from Milwaukee Ave. They continue to make their parents and relatives proud by their consistent high quality. I will always be one of their happiest customers until I move to FL - then they will be greatly missed.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. My family and I have been regular customers, buying meat and groceries from this store, but after today never again. I've also informed my friends and relatives to avoid this place. The way they handle customers especially on such a sacred occasion is disgraceful. There's no respect for the customer, no respect for the trust people place in them during Qurbani. And to top it off, the meat quality and packing looks extremely poor.
