The decoration is clean and modern and the open space and lighting is welcoming and bring about almost a joyful feeling that you chose them... The food is absolutely delicious and the flavors are spot on... there is perfect level of seasoning and flavor! My favorite by a mile is the beef Kubide... but all their food is amazing! Vegetables are not over cooked and so has a little bite! The chick peas' flavors couldn't be more perfect! I definitely prefer a mixture of both the white and seasoned rice! *naan is not served with the meal... but they do have a light flat bread that you can ask for... One of the best places to grab a falafel or Kabob in the Chantilly/Herndon area. The rice and chickpeas alone are enough to keep me coming back. As a vegan, you may be initially skeptical by not having butter or yogurt components clearly labeled on any menu items, but the staff were super helpful in advising me how to make my falafel platter vegan. My friend and I shared the beets hummus, garlic naan, kubideh kabob, hot Nashville chicken sandwich, lamb kabobs with a side of chickpeas, fries and salad. Everything here is fresh and halal. The chicken sandwich was delicious and fried perfectly. The star of the meal was definitely the lamb chops. Seasoned well and cooked to the right temperature. The sides were no joke either. I saved the hummus and ate it a couple of days later. Still very fresh and tasty. Prices here are very reasonable and the store is spotless. I also saw a lot of people place orders to go as well so take out maybe another option. Sheesh Grill is managed very well. Food comes out quickly and the long line was cut down in no time. If you are looking for kabobs or gyros, you should come here! It is located in the Sully Plaza shopping center. Very modern, clean place with welcoming, helpful employees. I tried the gyro platter with chick peas and spinach as my sides. I also ordered a side of pita chips. The portion was big and lasted two meals for me. The food is fresh and tasty. I'm a bit skeptical about the rash of new "fast casual" (aka, no table service places) but I was pleasantly surprised by our visit here on a pleasant Sunday afternoon. The store was in a strip mall in front of Lotte (and next to the Tile Shop and new Aldi). And, an upcoming Chick Fil A! :) Service (4/5): Nice, pleasant woman behind the counter took our order. Lost a star for non-table service. (I also almost got trapped in the ladies' bathroom stall - the lock wasn't working right)! Atmosphere (4/5): Clean, modern decor. Really nice place for a fast casual. Food (5/5): The portions were large and the prices were great! We split the gyro meal and had the entire falafel meal to take home. This was one of the best gyros I've ever had! The fries were ok (the zatar fries weren't very crispy). The side of chickpeas were perfectly seasoned and really great. Next time, I'll get a double order of those and have awesome leftovers! The only complaint was since the plates weren't partitioned, so the food kinda ran together and got a bit messy. Sheesh! Now this is good eating. I made a trek out to chantilly to check out this Mediterranean kabob situation that has very appealing food. Eating healthy in a fast casual style set-up? Sign me up! As soon as you walk in to the right on the wall is the menu. You select a protein, a base and two sides. I got the salmon with basmati white rice along with fries and veggies. The portions of salmon were good and well seasoned. You get a lot of rice, they could probably cut down the amount of rice they give you because I definitely didn't eat all there rice. The veggies were roasted and tasted fresh. I'm kind of a sucker for fries so I had to try them. They were cool, nothing to be over the moon about. However, I was over the moon about the sauces you get. I'm a sauce kinda girl so I can appreciate a good sauce. The cool thing that I was informed of is that all of the sauces are made in house. I was also informed the white sauce is a garlic sauce, not a yogurt dill sauce. Also, the green sauce is a blend of jalapeños, cilantro and other great stuff. The ketchup even had a lil kick to it. Oh wow, what an unexpected surprise. My husband and I were in the area and wanted to grab a bite to eat. We chose Sheesh due to the great reviews and were not disappointed. Husband had the gyro lunch special with fries. The gyro meat was well seasoned and the portion size was pretty generous, not skimpy and 75% onions like some other places we've been to. But those fries, OMG they were so good: hot and crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside (and not overly salted.) I ordered the cauliflower bowl on salad greens with roasted veggies and chick peas. It was all so flavorful and fresh. The green and white sauce that came with it was fabulous. SHEESH is right!! I chose to "build my own meal" with chicken shawarma as my protein, rice, chickpeas, and their chopped salad. The shawarma was not the most traditional I've had, but the meat still had good flavor and the texture was on point. The portions were HUGE, and it literally took two days for me to finish it all. Thanks to a Yelp! promotion I discovered this fast casual Mediterranean place that's just down the road from my office. I've already been back. The dishes are traditional Mediterranean fare where you build your own platters from kabobs, gyros, shawarma, rice, and sides. I went for my go-to when I'm at places like these: Lamb and rice. The Lamb + Beef Gyro was freshly sliced into very long strips and very seasoned. The first time around I was all about it, the second time around I did wonder if perhaps it was a bit too salty. The Taziki sauce was a highlight, a real savory mixture I could dip my fries, falafel, and more in. The grilled veggies are usually whole slices of tomatoes or peppers. That along with the chickpeas are nothing to write home about. The falafel comes with a tahini sauce that is amazing. Clearly Sheesh has their sauce game down. The interior is clean, modern, yet has a few homey touches like throw pillows. My wife and I had a delicious kebab lunch at Sheesh recently. The food was delicious, especially the tasty donar kebab - and it was a generous helping. The ambiance is simple, it's a casual place. The owner or manager is not a talkative fellow, but he answers questions politely and friendly. I noticed someone thought he was a little unfriendly, but maybe shy is a better description. My only question is why to serve both rice and fries. Two starches in one meal? But I think a lot people like that combination. This unassuming joint in Sully Plaza packs a real punch! I was going to grab some groceries from Aldi's next door but decided I was too lazy to cook my own dinner. There were many patron's going in and out (and delivery drivers) - always a good sign. I stepped in with the intention of just checking out the menu but ended up ordering since I couldn't resist the smell of grilled meats. Got the grilled lamb chops and beef kubideh. So good. Both dishes were flavorful, juicy, seasoned well. The rice was nice and fluffy, the side salad was fresh, and I loved the generous serving of chickpeas. Each meal looks like it serves two! The Hot Nashville Chicken Sandwich had been calling me every time I drove by the placard in the front of the store. Today I finally picked it up for iftar and it was a delight. The breading was crisp and bursting with flavor, more than any sandwich in this fried chicken sandwich craze. The pickles were great as well but I didn't like the white sauce that came on the side as much. I also ordered the eggplant with spinach and chickpeas. I liked the fried onions on top and think I detected a hint of mustard oil, which I loved. I look forward to returning to try the kebabs. read more

Ordered ubereats from here and the restaurant forgot to back the two orders of hummus I requested for my kids. Initially they offered me a credit on my next order; however, when I told them it was for my kids they dispatched a driver with double the hummus I ordered and refused my offer of a tip. That's what I call customer service. Mistakes happen but owning up to them and fixing them is what made this a five star review rather than much less. We came here because my brother and mom recommended this place several times to us. We finally decided to give in and go, we came as a family with 3 kids. We ordered several meals of chicken kabob with chickpeas, shawarma kabob salad with toasted veges and salad and 2 kobedhi with spinach and rice. The meals we very delicious and reasonable portions. We also ordered some bread on to eat with spinach and kabob. Over the meals were great and the drinks by the cashier were amazingly delicious.
