I'm not super impressed with this Sheetz but not disappointed either. The food is hit or miss with the quality there are some days the food is fantastic there are some days it's just OKAY. Plenty of bays to fill up at at this sheets, with a large area inside for snacks and what not. Their bathrooms are decently clean, and the service is good. What to watch out for: fellow customers. They seem to drift aimlessly through the filling area looking for open gas pumps, and stick out a little far. Regardless, prices are better than those closer to DC. read more

This sheetz pretty much has a monopoly on the haymarket area. For some reason there is no gas stations around besides this one. The main issue is they always have multiple pumps out. So you usually have to wait inline for several minutes to get gas. read more

This is the place that got me very sick; throwing up, diarrhea on early Sunday morning. I got am burger with onion rings so I don't recommendth burgers or onion rings. I don't know about the subs or other but go take that risk...LOL I don't recommend sheetz that best place to get MTO. read more

We live a few miles from this Sheetz location and are there several times a week. The service is super friendly and the lines usually move quickly. It's always PACKED and the employees handle the lines with grace and efficiency. The gas prices are always lower than anywhere else nearby and when there is a problem with a pump, they're quick to at least mark the pump. The food: 99% of the time I've gotten food it's been fresh and delicious. There have been a few occasions when it's taken a long time to get food, but that's generally when they're really busy. When I'm traveling, I look for Sheetz stations to stop at because I know the quality will be there and the bathroom will be clean! read more

It's midnight and we've been driving for nine hours and still seventy miles from our hotel. We pull off the road to get gas at Sheetz. After going to the restroom I notice my brother ordering at a touch screen. I walk up to one and start going through the options they have. The place does burritos, sandwiches, wraps, and burgers. You can customize them all anyway you want with tons of options. I ordered a turkey wrap with hot pepper cheese, boom boom sauce, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and red onion. I need a vegetable over load after a few days of super rich food. I had to go with the boom boom sauce because it just sounded spicy, and spicy it was. The wrap was a good size and exactly what I needed. The gas station itself is a pretty decent size, very clean, and very friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place if you're passing by. read more

Used to go to this Sheetz, but have since switched to Wawa. The parking here is atrocious, there's always a wait for gas, and God help you if you need to make a left when getting back into traffic. Not worth it if you only save 1 cent per gallon. I'll stick with Wawa, the food there is better too. read more

I love Sheetz. I get way too excited when I find a new location. I frequent this one because it's less than a mile from my house, but they ALWAYS mess up my MTO order. I haven't gotten a correct order since I started going there 6 months ago. I used to work for Sheetz, and the order comes right up on the screen with all the ingredients. Easiest job I ever had. An occasional mistake is ok, but every time is ridiculous. read more

Sheetz in Haymarket is the worst SHEETZ I have ever walked into......The manager/owner was rude the bathrooms were disgusting, what a sad shame. This SHEETZ gives other sheetz out there a bad rap. Just saying. I have been in many other sheetz where the manager/owner's are pleasant and very helpful. I'm just saying you might wanna change your attitude or your going to loose a lot of customers because you sure did loose me. I've lived in Gainesville since 2008 and I'm used to this Sheetz station being crowded. Get used to it. The gas is usually the cheapest here, though...cheaper than even Gainesville. The reason it is crowded is because it is the ONLY gas station in Haymarket. People live in Haymarket and Gainesville that use this station. If you don't live here and complain that its crowded, don't use it anymore. Between the residents and the people driving through, this place can be a crazy place to stop. To be honest, its the people who are driving through that make this station crazy. Also, during lunch on weekdays, that whole area in Haymarket is ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and fill quickly and move out of the way. If you're hungry, do yourself a favor and go to the Bloom that is behind the Sheetz. There's also McDs, an ice cream shop, an Asian cuisine shop, and a Subway's. read more

I love sheetz because they are generally the cheapest in the area and they have food and are all around the first place I look for when road tripping for pit stops. They even have free Airpumps!! =D But this sheetz is special, not just because they are close, but because they are extra friendly inside. I forgot my creditcard one day and they were really sweet about it and let me run home to get it. They are always cheerful and even brighten manic mondays. =) read more

There is always a line inside and the process of getting a pump can be a zoo, but you really can't beat Sheetz for easy access to I-66 and cheap gas prices which are even better if you have a Sheez card. When heading east towards DC, this is always my last stop to tank up. read more

This has been my goto place for subs/sandwiches and also good for lunch and dinner. The MTO is amazing with different choices and catered to your taste buds. I like hot and spicy food and they have multiple hot sauces. We have come down here late in the night after hitting the Ski slopes and we were never disappointed with the service or food. read more

Thanksgiving 11/23/2017 - I stopped here sometime between 5-6pm on Thanksgiving & was expecting to see a minimally staffed store w/grumpy employees who had to work on Thankgiving. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE! The 5 employees I saw inside were smiling, laughing, helpful & friendly. I used the restroom & it was the cleanest public restroom I'd seen in years! Same with the store floors, aisles, parking lot, etc. I joked around with 3 of the employees for a minute as they rang up my items and they all wished me a Happy Thanksgiving with a big smile. What a great crew there. I usually stop at the McDonald's/Sunoco in Opal but I may have to change things up! Thanks for ending my Thanksgiving evening with a smile. read more

I stopped into sheets on my lunch break .. decided id try the healthier option and go for a salad ... it was so disgusting and pathetic it was not worth the 8 dollars I spent .. it had some half cooked spicy chicken and lettuce with nothing but croutons and some bad Parmesan cheese .. overall it almost made me sick .. there were no other vegetables in there .. it tasted like shit.. read more

The Sheetz chain has always been a favorite of our family because its often a one stop place for gas and food. However, my complaint (especially with this one) is the long lines at non-peak hours and it takes forever to get your food. And when I finally did get my food, they messed it up (again). Despite these annoying inconveniences, I'll probably go back in the future. But honestly if you're going there for the food, expect a long wait, a 50/50 chance that they will get your order right, and mediocre tasting food. If youre going there for the gas... just hope the gas lines arent long. You never know with that: its a hit or miss whether there are pumps open. read more

The customer service here is terrible and they seem to have a hard time keeping common things stocked like pepperoni for the pizza. They are often out of it. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and realized that it was missing the pepperoni when we got home. When it was taken back to the store the cook rudely said that they were out of pepperoni and asked if we wanted the pizza back. She was going to let us walk out of the store without any pizza at all! No refund or coupon was offered. When I tried calling the store to speak to the manager, nobody answered. I tried calling several times. The parking here is also terrible. read more

Great place to stop on my way to work to fill up and get a coffee and a snack. Cashiers are always friendly although sometimes it is very busy inside with a not so efficient line. But it is expected in a busy environment. The prices and convenience are well worth it. The MTO is a knockout deal if you're looking for a convenient good tasting sub on the run. Also, the beer is ice-cold for those quick beer pick ups for a party. So a thumbs up for a gas station with many pumps and all the conveniences of food and drink inside. ... and they have a bathroom and an ATM. read more
