Not only was my paid food stolen, but the staff working at night seemed completely lost and incapable of doing their jobs. Their lack of professionalism and competence is appalling. They can't follow basic instructions, maybe if they weren't so worried about the time, food more than likely wouldn't be stolen. unacceptable to say the least. Stopped in this afternoon for a late lunch. Got the tots and a veggie wrap. The tots were fantastic!! Crisp and hot even after the ride home. The wrap was a touch messy and had little if any sauce. I sure didn't taste any. The girl making the wrap turned to the other lady working asked what pico was. "Is it like salsa without sauce?" Sigh. Got to hear the story of her boyfriend going to court that day. All in all the food was good and service was fast. I'll go back but ask for sauce, and drama, on the side. read more

If you want to order food off of the lunch menu in the morning at the ridge road location in Parma don't bother.Went there this morning and ordered some items and the cook through a fit in front of everyone, and spent the entire time she was preparing the food complaining and criticizing me loud enough for all the other customers to hear.When I heard her say "I dropped the food, oh well" I just got my money back and left.I don't suggest that anyone trust someone who is that unstable to prepare their food.God knows what you're going to get if she's having a bad day,or doesn't feel like making what you ordered. Dear Parma, I want you to meet my good friend Sheetz. A crazy gas station and food emporium! Table for three? Yes Please! It's a snackers paradise with every kind of snack imaginable as well as a made-to-order menu where you go through everything you want on a touch screen menu and it gets made for you, any time of day, in their large kitchen (from deli sandwiches, to fries to whatever). I bought 12.91 worth of gas and this organization put a $100 hold on my account for who knows how long. I called my bank and they said it may be a week. A WEEK! After growing up on the other side of the country, I have to admit I don't understand the Great Lakes states' love of Sheetz. On the other hand, I am slowly becoming a fan. I've realized that they actually offer more than the "gas station food" I associate with road trip desperation. I haven't tried anything from the made-to-order counter, but their coffee is legitimately good. I had a cappuccino at this location that wasn't Starbucks or independent shop quality, but rivaled Panera and Dunkin for sure. I also had a chocolate cake donut that was quite tasty. The coffee girl I talked to was very pleasant, the store seemed clean enough, and I got my order in under 5 minutes for under $4. I started this off as a three-star review, but I can't really think of a reason to take that second star away. read more

Excellent Sheetz. Great food. Indoor dining area. The only downside to this Sheetz is that there is no car wash.

Called about a DoorDash order that DoorDash told me had come from this store. They told me they didn't get my order once I told them half of it was missing. The girl was really nice and apologized but said that the rest of the order wasn't left behind. When I called DoorDash back again for a refund, they told me to go through the store. So I called back and said I'd be willing to pick up the rest of my order if they remade it. A man answered and said he vaguely remembered my name. I gave him my order number. What happens next is insane. He says he scrolled back hours of orders in 3 seconds and didn't see mine. I reminded him that he said he remembered my order but not the fact that there was a hot chocolate on it, to which he replied "did I?" In a very sarcastic & demeaning tone. Immediately deleted my account. I get my gas here bc it's close & cheap but they lost my business completely. Never did an employee try to gaslight me. A nearby Sheetz agreed to replace the items if I came to pick them up. read more

Gas prices are competitive. This gas station has everything accept a full service pump(do those still exist?) Full kitchen, soda fountain, milkshakes, coffee, and a patio with ample seating to enjoy them. However, they have a rewards card that I don't think does anything and the lines are always ridiculous. In this area this is the best place to get gas but be ready to spend a little time in line. read more

I really happen to like the variety they have at Sheetz. This summer I happened upon their milkshakes and I was so hooked. I will even drink them in the winter. They have some great sandwiches and everyone there is so friendly and always greets you with a smile. read more

I'm rating the INSIDE of sheetz pertaining to the food and such. I stopped here for lunch last week, was impressed by the MTO(made to order) counter and menu they had. Good sandwich prices, you get a good sized sub for your money. They also have fries, nachos, wraps, frozen drinks, appetizer foods. It's good for a quick pick up. I just recently discovered this Sheetz in the last month or so. Got hooked on their sweet tea, so my rating is based on the latest brewed batch which is extremely sour and undrinkable. Subs are alright. Somewhat small compared to Subway. Gas is gas. Free stuff every month. Not bad. Employee's don't seem too friendly, pretty much just like a robot I guess you could say. read more
