Working in healthcare myself, I can say she and her staff give top notch care, pay attention to detail, and make you feel like family! Dr. Nalik is truly set apart! The biggest issue I had was that I was lied to. I confirmed a cleaning and X-ray exam with the caller. When I got to the office, they only did an X-ray and told me that I had to get a cleaning on some other day. The biggest issue with this was that they weren't available for cleaning for another whole month. The people there are friendly, the office is clean, and they've got free tea and coffee; that's about the only good about this.

The Dr gave me the shots and started drilling on 3 teeth. When I got home have after the numbing stopped, I noticed the DR didn't drill on the tooth that was broken. THATS WHY I WENT TO THE DENTIST. When my crowns were ready to install. During the install not one time did he ask me if they felt ok. I was thinking when he pulled them out, he would sand them down a little. No he glued them down, and it was too late to say there to tight. I felt like I was the Indy car driver & he was the mechanic trying to get me out of the office as fast as he could. For context I avoided the dentist at all costs for nearly 25 years due to a pretty rough experience I had as a child which created a bit of a severe phobia (the kind where you seriously consider pulling your own teeth instead of going to the dentist). Like you'd expect my teeth became an issue that couldn't be ignored anymore and I began looking for a dentist. I stumbled across all west family dentistry and took a chance that has turned out to be an excellent choice. They have been incredibly patient and supportive all the way through & I could not have gone from being too afraid to sit in the chair to successfully getting a tooth extracted without their superb quality of care. From reception, to the hygienists, dental assistants, and the dentists themselves this place is great. I'd like to thank Dr Aguilar, his assistants one I believe is named Erica, the other who helped with my extraction I cant remember her name but she was very kind and helpful. The ladies at reception especially Heather are top tier, they have wonderful communication and help create an environment that makes someone in my position feel more comfortable. I actually had fun we laughed the entire time they worked on my teeth. And no I didn't have laughing gas. Dr. Schuerman has to be the coolest hippest most caring dentist I have ever met. Throughout treatment, I repeatedly raised concerns about discomfort and changes in my bite, but my concerns were dismissed.
