Temporary Home Care did follow up with me the following Monday to make sure my father had care, and they had even found staffing for him if necessary. They were very understanding and supportive of my situation, and that level of consideration and care means a lot.

The girls they sent to my house were amazing. They were trained very well and did not need to be asked to get to work. "hmmmm before choosing your next agency please review theirs publicly review(s) first'…read more(yelp/google)-i didn't-then i would have found out the short cuts & revengeful tactics that were use towards me,.had an aid that went outside my home discussing conversations with her home agency (baytown visiting angels) & don't know who else-they also sent me an unskilled/untrained person to my home for work' & i'm level(3) bed'bound on an catheter bag,.she hadn't worked with any clients in my position before,.never brief/pamper changing & cleanup of person,.she started & offer looking @her u-tube videos on phone how to do this task' said no & waited until for my delivery (food) services to come thru & asked her to show her how to proform this task' (step by step) she did,.i truely believe they sent her out to me on vengeful behaviors because of there aid going tell them on my previous conversations w/neighbors inside my hme-they previous sent their own certified cna/nurse out to attend to me so they knowed i'm an level (3)client & required only experience skilled personal....i transfered monday march/30th/2026
