They roast there own coffee on site and they have so many options on "tap" I love the way their hot coffee works you basically buy a size cup and then you get an option of around 8 different blends or grinds. They always have seasonal flavors/blends. My favorite is either the Colombian or the organic Mexican blend, very bold flavors, but still smooth and a little sweet! I think the set up is amazing! You can also get a bunch of different lattes and seasonal drinks like pumpkin pie latte or peppermint mocha ! They also are known for their sandwiches ! While in East Longmeadow, I stopped for a coffee at Shelburne Falls. This is a nice coffee shop with a nice amount of indoor and outdoor seating I got the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. They had some pastries, and a variety of whole coffee beans for sale. I'm not sure what happened to the "cream" part of my coffee, but all I got is the cold brew. I didn't say anything, because the less sugar the better. Once I added my own cream aka half and half, it was actually super tasty, rich pumpkin coffee. Well there's a table in front of the shelves and people were sitting in front of it. I couldn't get to the shelves to see and the people were drinking their coffee. I didn't think it was appropriate to make them move while I shopped for my coffee. She sighed and said I can get it for you behind the counter. Oh Shelly what has happened to you? Visited after 3 years and the options of coffee beans : just 2-3 standard meh ones. The espresso I had was average with little to no crema and a bitter after taste. Definitely some issues with the temperature management. One of my favorite roasters (will still go back tomorrow) whenever I am in western Mass for work however this time seeing the place unclean(it's not dirty) and not in it's prime made me really sad. Service is a hit or miss. They have really long wait times regardless of how you order. Whenever a specialty beverage is ordered as is, they always omit part of it, most of the time its a topper of whipped cream and a drizzle or sprinkle of sorts. Hello, that helps make the drink. The coffee here is fantastic- I drive about 35 minutes to visit every so often and it's so worth it. I would recommend ordering online because it can be a very long wait and gets very busy, especially on the weekends. Recently when I went there- even after ordering online- waited for almost 40 minutes. I have been a long term shelbourne customer because it's one of the only local places you can get a fresh breakfast sandwich on the go - and it works great with the busy nature my job. I was such a big fan I recommended my friends and coworkers to go there. Unfortunately the last 5-6 sandwiches I have ordered have been horrific. The egg is so over cooked the whites are like fiber glass. The yolk is a lacrosse ball. And 9/10 times they forget an ingredient that I paid an extra $1.50 for through my app. I just can't justify it anymore. Upwards of $9-12 for a sandwich that I've literally spit out on multiple occasions, leaving me hungry for the rest of my morning. Today my toast was actually charcoal. How do you wrap up someone's sandwich with legitimately burnt toast for so much money? It's embarrassing. I hope they stop microwaving their eggs and start cooking them properly one day soon. And also read the ingredients that people ask for. To top it off, the mobile app estimated timing is WACK and many times if you request a time they don't take it into account. Well what a treat coming to Shelburne love nothing more thank going to a shop where the baristas take their time making a drink so it's perfect, and the delicious bagels they had. Lacks customer service based on my more recent experiences. Mobile ordered through the app and specified on one bagel sandwich no tomato or lettuce as a I strongly dislike tomato. When I got there an opened it to sandwich had multiple tomatoes and was saturated in tomato juice. I come here a lot for editing and I sit in the little side room which is usually nice and quaint not too many people around which I enjoy. I've tried a lot of their lattes and I realize their coffee is very real rich and not super sweet compared to a Dunkin' or a Starbucks.
