Little Springs coffee. Coffee cake and drip coffee.

I saw this place on instagram, and my favorite coffee shop in Westfield was a follower, so I decided to try it. What struck me first was the minimal soothing interior, love it! Also like the ceramics they use for their products. Coffee is good! What didn't excite me was the bakery selection. First time I had the cinnamon roll, tasty, second time I tried the Coffee cake. Was a bit of a disappointment, there is more topping than cake, and it has a strange taste, the cake itself was good. A friend tried the danish and thought it was a bit dry. I am not sure who makes their baked goods, but not to my liking. I definitely like the couple who run it, they are helpful and kind. Will keep trying the coffee, but will probably skip the baked goods.

Best matcha latte made with ceremonial grade matcha from Japan. I had it unsweetened and it was incredible.

I am obsessed with matcha. I need my matcha in the morning because I don't do coffee. We are traveling and I had no idea where to find matcha! So discovering Little Springs Coffee was such a highlight of our trip. It's such a cute spot and designed so lovely and run by an adorable couple who were so helpful and kind. We sat and drank our tea and coffee. Wish I had a place like this near where I live. I would come here everyday if I could!!

First time here and it was amazing! We got a honey matcha with oat and a vanilla hazelnut latte and it was so tasty! The place was so cute with an appealing and serene ambience. Workers were sweet and helpful. Definitely will be returning!

The coffee was good but not much better than what I can make at home which was not what I was expecting for a coffee roaster. I also tried their RED ROOIBOS TEA. It reminds me of a very strong hibiscus. Too floral for me. I do love their environmentally friendly to go cups. The shop is very unique. Very much a gypsy vibe. Like a fusion of an abstract art exhibit meets a hippy college dorm room, meets a cafeteria, meets a bazaar. It is collaborated with a few businesses ("The Urban Food Brood"-"Corsello Butchery"- "Happy Man"-Forest Doe Botanicals"-"Nosh Restaurant & Cafe"). A very supportive community. The seating is very cozy but awkward. Great place to meet up with friends or make new friend. They also have cold brewed canned coffee with unique flavors as well. All in all. Not too shabby my friends.

Recently been dealing with a lot so when I knew I'd have a few hours to myself; I went out for a run and came here afterwards. I just sat outside with my coffee, it was nice and quiet, nobody bothered me. The interesting thing about this place is that it's more than just coffee, they have other little kiosks. Some sell food, some sell homemade goods like candles, lotions etc. It really is a place I'll come to again, and again.

We had the dark roast and would have thought it would be a little more robust in flavor but it wasn't. It seemed a bit weak like not enough coffee used or the roast wasn't roasted dark enough. The service was great however so that was a plus. Nice and friendly staff all the way around. There were a lot of locals there so it seems to do a decent business. But to be honest, it's the only coffee house in town. The place seemed a bit dark and dirty. The exhaust system must be not working or not strong enough because the entire place smelled of what ever was being cooked on the griddle. We sat upstairs and our eyes watered the entire time we were there. The odor got on our clothes and stuck with us until we got home. Their restroom wasn't clearly marked and was kind of hidden back by the kitchen area. It was also very dark where it was located. A little more light all the way around would be helpful. The concept and decor is a great idea but it felt more like what we use to call a "greasy spoon" restaurant than a quaint coffee house. It won't take much to make it better but as it is, can't say much good about the experience it Iron Coffee Co. I hope they take this review in a positive light as there really isn't much that needs to be done to make it a very special place to go for coffee. Note: We didn't have anything to eat so can't comment on that.
