I needed to know my homes value (to list), practicality of selling "as is" vs getting a home equity loan and doing minor repairs and having that loan to repay. She had her paperwork from the courthouse with taxes, and year built, etc. she inspected my home left to do research and would call me. On 04/23/2025 almost 2 months later I called her back... I'm still waiting and anxious to list or start repair. She promised to check her notes and call me. On 05/23/2025 I called her bosses cell number and left a message. It is now May 28th, 2025 and I haven't heard from either one of them. I might add my house is not a dump. It's a 5 br / 3500 sq' ft on 1/2 lot. Even if they offered free services now I would not work with them!

Be prepared for lies, disrespect, dishonesty and arrogance! We've bought many homes in many states, and I have to say, this is the worst realty I have ever experienced.
