Great food and service I would highly recommend to anyone who likes pizza in McKinney

I have tried them on two occasions now and had less than stellar experiences both times. Ordering on the website can be a bit challenging, the link they provide to report status is completely inaccurate and most importantly the pizza is average at best. read more

Can't think of anything bad other than I can't type my address on the site on my phone (iOS). Works on my uncle's phone which is a different kind of phone and on my pc. Figured I'd bring it up if the owner does read this and they can fix it. Kind of the only complaint I have. The page say's (service is not available or is in the process of being update. I was going to order a pizza from Shelbys and when I called in the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude!! I decided to cancel my order as I was very upset about the customer service when I was asking a simple question " I wanted to make sure there was no cheese on half of the pizza" his response, ummm ya... but I guess Ill let them know. read more

A great option for pizza delivery. They have some unique signature pies & just overall good and consistent traditional pizzas.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. It was fantastic. Pick up was exact. They pulled it out the oven as I walked in. The pizza was still very hot and fresh when I got home to feel the family. There a ton of new places in the area. I think this one may be the best. Pizza was very fresh, the dough had jus mr the right pop. The toppings and sauce were very much on point. Well done guys. Welcome to the area! read more

My kids love pizza from here and we order sometimes more than once a week. Delivery time is terribly slow, it's always even later than shared when ordering. I don't know if it's due to lack of drivers which I could understand if it was simply explained. When I called tonight to inquire as it had been ordered 1.5 hours before the gal that answered the phone was extremely rude and seemed put out by my call. Customer service is key to any business and they were certainly lacking tonight. Disappointing. read more

Pizza was almost hour and half to get to us then was barely room temperature. Had good flavor though.

Was one of very few places in the area open late night on a Friday after flying back to North Texas from vacation. The place was clean, the staff was accommodating and the pizza tasted great! The wife and I will definitely return to try additional items from the menu. Most enjoyable! read more

Looking for a good pizza for a Saturday night and decided to try Shelby's. They're right around the corner and I wasn't sure that they had opened yet. Well, they have and their pizza is amazing! Got a thin crust with pepperoni & mushrooms. Sauce is soooo good. Large was a perfect size for the 2 of us. I highly recommend checking them out. You won't be disappointed. read more

We ordered Shelby's Pizza the other night at about 11 o'clock because we all got home late and we were starving and they delivered promptly within 20-30 minutes. We ordered Akkawai cheese pizza( we liked this one so much we are still talking about it! ), A regular cheese pizza, Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti with meat sauce, 2 pieces of cheesecake everything was so yummy and we where so happy to have the options of different foods from one place and not everybody had to eat pizza. I noticed this place as they were setting it up and made a note to try it. I am on a mission to try small independent restaurants at least once a week. So happy I ordered from here. The BBQ chicken pizza with the hand toss crust was so good. It was flavorful (I actually tasted seasoning), dough was chewy (which I like), and the size was perfect. Just all around good. It is close to my house so it will be my new go to spot for pizza. I am looking forward to the leftovers. Keep up the good work. read more

I will give it zero stars if I can. I placed an order at 6:30 pm so it can be picked up later on at 8 pm and it gave me 8:10 pm and I agreed. And guess what. Got there at 8:10 pm not ready. And it was put in the oven at 8:20. NEVER AGAIN you lost a customer. And on top of that they won't even answer the phone. Can't even multi task. read more

I have ordered pizza here about 3 times now and every pizza has been great. A few things that make me love this pizza are they put plenty of cheese on so no need to pay for extra cheese, the variety of the crust types, the crust is really good too and they use fresh veggies. No canned mushrooms!! Oh and their prices are good especially if you use their specials when ordering. read more

I've ordered from here several times now, and feel like I should finally write a review. This is definitely my new favorite pizza place! Their thin crust veggie pizza is absolutely amazing, and all the ingredients are super delicious and fresh. They give you a huge amount of veggies, the crust is perfect, and I'm not ashamed to admit I eat a whole small by myself. (..which is not very small, at all..) Amazing food! The phili cheese sandwich was phenomenal and tasted authentic, I totally recommend it!

Friendly though slightly inefficient service (but they're new so they may figure that out), decent pizza at a decent price.
