I ordered via delivery for my first experience. I was craving pasta after a rough day but on a tight budget. Shelby's popped up and had what I was looking for plus it was under $30! The food was fine. Stellar? No. It has alright flavor but plenty of cheese. The chicken parm is just breaded chicken strips under marinara which isn't bad. It was fine. I satisfied my craving and enjoyed some fairly good cheesy bread (tho some of the bites had some not-so-melted cheese.) But the Alfredo was creamy and it was plenty of food for a few meals. I have really tried to like this pizza, but it just isn't good pizza. The crust is undercooked on the bottom. The top is nice and golden and it looks like it is going to taste delicious, but it tastes like cheap pizza with cheap ingredients. The pepperoni tastes like they are using off brand instead of name brand. It's not good, don't waste your money. read more

We've been ordering pizza from here for last three years. We all look forward to our Shelby night because the pizza is always on the point. It's delicious, good quality toppings, sauce and cheese is perfect. We've pretty much tried every pizza on the menu and all the pasta dishes. Verdict: we've yet to be disappointed. Food - After glancing over the local establishments with great ratings, I chose this pizza spot because it was a short drive from Prosper. I'm glad I made that decision as we ENJOYED pizza that was hot and fresh. We tried the Aloha and BBQ chicken pizza. I chose to pickup, though they deliver, and otw home, I shot two quick pics, as I could barely resist the temptation to grab a bite. Both handmade crusts were light, soft and not greasy (yay!), which complimented the toppings perfectly. My favorite was the BBQ, with my husband stating both were delicious. Service - I gave a four because the service was mediocre. Basically greeted me with a flat affect and a hello, passed me the pizza and that was it. Not saying that was a big issue, but I'd already pre-paid and added a tip. Since it didn't matter either way, I would have kept it, especially since I picked up the order. Maybe I'm asking for a lot but no one has to tip, but great customer service is everything when looking for repeat customers. This is my updated review ---- Although they had to raise their prices so did all restaurants BUT I think the food has gotten better I love the Shelby's Philly I sub the chicken for pepperoni and sub bell pepper for extra grilled onions . I also get extra Alfredo sauce on it and do the hand tossed crust . My husband gets the thin crust carnivore and they always pile on the meat. We are lucky to have this amazing little place it taste like the pizza from a fancy restaurant! You won't be disappointed read more

The best pizza in town!!! I highly recommend Shelby's Pizza. We ordered a few pizzas, all delicious and fresh by the way, to be delivered for a party and they went above and beyond expectations. Not only did they deliver on time, they also didn't charge me for an extra pizza I had ordered last minute because I didn't think I ordered enough. Just ordered delivery via Uber Eats. I don't post many reviews. Forgot say I'm really impressed. Ordered medium works. They don't skimp on the toppings and all topping very fresh. I've been searching for a pizza like a mom and pop we had back in Wichita Ks called "Jacks Pizza Planet" for 30 years and boom! This is it. I should have ordered it with green olives and it would be exact. I will order again for sure. Decent prices too. You're killing the competition with this level of quality. Nice job! We wanted a traditional, what I call "American style" pizza. A pizza that was similar to the ones we ordered when I was growing up - good toppings, yummy crust, with the dough cooked enough to hold the toppings. This is surprisingly hard to find but Shelby's ticked all the boxes. At first glance, this pizza is goals: fluffy crust and generous toppings. The staff was also friendly and had our order ready super quick. Sadly, it fell a little short at first bite because the bottom of the pizza lacked firmness (kinda limp) and my husband thought it may have been undercooked. We tried putting it in the oven for a few more minutes which helped. I also prefer my pizza to have a thiccc crust cuz I love my carbs but I respect that thin crust lyfe too. We just moved to the area and found this gem of a place! OMG. WHAT A DEAL! We got the 2 pasta/salad special and a 2 topping pizza and I cannot believe how much fantastic food we got for the price. The ravioli is AMAZING, my daughter devoured the fettuccini chicken Alfredo, the salads are quite large for such a deal and the pizza is great with FRESH toppings. Food is...wow! I'm so glad we found this little hidden gym just driving around! This pizza is so good. They're a little short staffed at the moment so your food will take a tiny bit longer but they do everything they can to make your wait comfortable. I had even started feeling lightheaded due to the heat and the girl at the counter handed me a soda and made sure I was ok. So sweet! Man Shelbys seems to be the best pizza in town but its not very known about . Seriously the pizza is good . You will never go back to pizza hut , or dominos again. This pizza is by far the best in town. Ever since discovering it, we've ordered this pizza once weekly. The cheese they use sets in apart from the others. Not sure if it has a mix of provolone or something but it's PERFECT pizza cheese! The flat bread is so good too that I get it every time! Our order is also accurate, taste is consistent and delicious and toppings are a plenty! The only feedback I may suggest is to motivate and inspire staff to be more upbeat. Good: Pizza is very good Bad: Limited seating Overall: Nice addition to neighborhood options I have visited twice on a bike ride with my daughter and her friend. Both time the food was very good. I am not typically someone who ventures outside of established pizza restaurants, so this really is high praise. There is a hightop table that can seat about 3 at the window so this really is more of a to-go option. However the food was very good so I would recommend trying if you are interested in something to go. Am interesting tidbit is that one of there toppings is cashew. This is a local place and I highly recommend you try it out. I am so happy to have a place with such yummy pizza!! We ordered 2 medium pizzas and a salad and everything was delicious. Their pizza creations are different from your regular boring place but they also let you create your own, if you're not into trying new combinations. These pizzas are full of flavor, unlike your fast food places. The lady taking our order was very friendly. Also, they are open till late!!
