He called 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was coming. He was polite and kind. He assessed the problem and gave a diagnosis with in 15 minutes. He told me I had to defrost the freezer and he would be back tomorrow to fix the broken part. The next day they called and confirmed the price before he showed up. He was quick, efficient and clean. Nothing to bad, but definitely noticeable considering the model prides itself on the low noise. At any rate the repair guy got here and my wife let him in to take a look at things (I was working). He determined he didn't have the part and would return or call to schedule his return. He didn't return nor did he call back for a few days. When he called back I scheduled him to come out. (Going to fast track this to the point). He came out and my wife let him in. (My wife tells me this is what happens). He changed the part out, it was no longer making the previous noise it is now making a new louder noise. My wife said she inquired about this, she said the guy told her to just call back and make a new claim. He leaves... WHAT! NOOOOO! It is completely unacceptable to be called out to fix 1 thing and he leaves us with a new problem. Terrible customer service. This is not what we bargain for. You should Proceed with caution. It is is ridiculous for a company or employees to operate in this fashion. Not sure if management knows of this but it is clear to me that the company's expectations are not of excellence, customer satisfaction and quality service.
