I was the first customer of the day and the service staff was still helpful, upbeat and ready to go. I love that they spray the car prior to going through the wash. The towel that is provided to wipe the interior (while going through the wash,) was a fantastic addition. I had hoped that the pre-spray would help make the cleaning more thorough, but there was still room for improvement. I will definitely be returning for future washes, though. read more

This is NOT A TOUCHLESS car wash. I had to reverse out of the line, which required the 2 cars behind me to clear the lane. I don't know why its advertised as touchless because there is a rotating cloth that cleans the car. I did give it 3 stars because while waiting my turn, I did see the workers were good about prewashing the cars with a brush ahead of entering the wash. This is a great additional step if you're not worried about brushes leaving scratches. read more

Wow!! I loved this car wash. They gave me a lovely towel for the inside, the price was reasonable, everyone was so accommodating and kind. I really loved my experience here. It's also super cute how they have a Tiki theme. It feels like you're going through Vegas when you get a car wash. So much fun and really did a good cleaning on my quite filthy car. :) read more

In response to the question by owner. No there was no towel wipe off at end. There was a guy to put (extra?) soap on the windshield as we drove in but that was all. I do understand it was not a detailing shop--but yes I thought there was going to be something extra like wipe down of the glass or something to prevent streaks? I dunno. I wasn't sure what to expect with the rave reviews but thought there would be something. I was very confused especially there was a large plastic old water jug for cash tips as exiting. It was empty. Lol. Honestly, I still put in a couple bucks to model tipping for my kid as he asked about it but I really didn't know what I was tipping for. For our experience--essentially it was a drive in/out automatic car wash that seemed pretty standard. read more

Do NOT go here. The second I left the car way I pulled over at the gas station and I had 3 new fresh scratches all on the same side. I drive directly in the proper spot and did not move my car- so clearly there is something wrong with the right washer mechanisms. Both of my right rims have large same shape dented scratches and so does the exterior of my right mirror. read more

If this is called Tiki Car Wash, I must have missed the sign. I happened to be using Yelp just to find a car wash, then realized this place had great reviews. I located it by going to the Chevron station where it's located. I can see why people like it so much. Two people give your car a good scrub as you head into the wash and someone dries off at the end. Really good service! There was a gas station car wash I used before that seemed to put little scratches on my car, but this car wash was pretty gentle. I didn't buy gas first, so the man who came to my window for my slip took my card inside to run it. I felt like I was holding the line up a bit, but it was nice that they do that. Next time I might get some gas first, or just not worry so much about them taking care of me! My car was ridiculously covered in bird poop and came out pretty shiny. After work there was still some on my car, but I wasn't sure if it was old stuff that wouldn't come off or new, so I can't really dock them for that. It's a little tough getting back South on 8th, since you have to exit right. Just something to keep in mind. I would definitely come back here if I find myself needing a car wash while on the Eastside. read more

Good location to get a quick drive through car wash. Easy payment and more than one lane to go through. We've never had to wait in a line for the car wash. They also give you small towels with some cleaning solution before going into the tunnel to wipe down the inside of your car. Nice for a quick wash in the Bellevue area. read more

I was impressed with what I found there. Polite, funny, professional people were waiting at the entrance to take care of me. They pre-cleaned my car with brushes, folded my mirrors in for me and gave me a new clean rag so I could wipe down the inside of my car as I went through. The service was wonderful, even just for the basic wash. They scrubbed my tires, offered me a towel to clean my dash, and dried everything by hand when it was over. It's a convenient location, and you don't even have to go inside to pay because they make it easy for you by taking your payment from your car. This place is great. The price is very affordable and my car came out looking like a million bucks. They start by scrubbing your car by hand before you go through the machine wash. When you come out they have an employee hand dry it so you don't get water spots. When I first saw my car after the wash I got weak in the knees. It was so pretty. I cannot BELIEVE that there are no full-service car washes around here. And I also can't believe people give 5 stars for an automatic car wash. Anyway, you pay your money and you drive through the automated car wash. If you pay a few more dollars, a dude wipes the water off. Then you go over to the vacuums to DIY. For 50 cents. Quarters only. So you have to go into the shop and get change. The same shop you went into to pay for the car wash. Where the stoner clerk couldn't tell you that you'd need quarters for the DIY vacuum. Isn't Bellevue full of rich folks? Do they all pay 50 cents to DIY vacuum? read more

So gas station car washes are the go to when you're looking for a quick scrub down and in and out service. I was actually crazy impressed with the level of service this little gas station car wash has to offer. I normally frequent the Brown Bear chain because they're known for their great service and I've always enjoyed what they have to offer. But I think I'll reconsider for a while. The guys that work here are absolutely sweet and do a fantastic job cleaning your car. Despite us not having to pay a dime they took the time to scrub the winter moss/debris off the summer car and we left with the car looking better than it has in years!!! My car was filthy after having it shipped from Buffalo NY, with a thick layer of dust and grime. I pulled up, picked a wash from the menu, paid, and the gentlemen scrubbed it before it even entered the wash! I was in and out in literally 5 minutes. The prices here are reasonable and after using Safeway points we usually get another $.50 to $1.00 off the gas price. There are discounts also on Saturdays and Sundays. The older gentleman that works there is the nicest man. He is always positive and cheerful and I always feel in a better mood when I leave.
