Very friendly and attentive workers like a typical QT. You feel welcomed in and important each visit. We use QT-Pay so it is simple paying for gas and earning our discount. Same at the register, just scan our QR code to pay. We love getting hot dogs off the rollers or using the Kitchen for some fresh made foods. Today there seem to be a little bit more traffic than usual for that early of a morning time. But we were still able to pump my gas and be on our way. We also needed to get a couple of drinks for the road and going into the speed smart store was pretty quick and easy. I am glad that they are now carrying the Sobe life drink that are usually look for at other convenient stores and made me very happy to see that. I showed up just after 8 am to get a slow-leaking tire patched. Tho there were 3 guys there, "the tire guy" wasn't there. I was told he was on his way. By nearly 8:30, when I just had to get out of there, I left. I returned yesterday (about a week later) with the same issue. I called beforehand to be sure someone would be there this time to deal with it. He said to come on, that no one was ahead of me. I was there in about ten minutes, but they merely took off my wheel. Quite a while later, I wanted to know if there wasn't someone who could patch my tire so I could leave. Finally, someone got on it, put the wheel back on, and (even tho two of them recalled my previous experience) they gave me no break but even charged me twice the amount that same place did before it changed hands! :( (Yes, I used them before a few times for the same work on other tires. Now I'm just waiting to see if the patch holds!)

A mechanic propped my car up looked underneath and said, "yep it's your oil pan"! Then two mechanics worked their magic under my car, and we were on our way. I can't tell you the relief. Still having to get to Tucson and then back home to Los Angeles. I wasn't sure what I was going to do! My anxiety was off the charts.
