Unfortunately had an experience bad enough to post about from this location. Went in for two subs and a grilled cheese tonight while during a decent business push but nothing beyond the ordinary around 9pm. I had time to grab a few items with my son as normal after placing a food order and then proceeded to the food counter to wait for my order. The food attendant called my order as "two subs", so I checked the bag to confirm the grilled cheese was in there but found it wasn't. I let the attendant know and advised him to take his time to make sure the cheese was melted, as I had issues with that in the past at and let him know that I was not in any rush. The gentleman politely did it as I asked and I confirmed our order. Unfortunately found both subs had been made with incorrect meats and toppings (pretty much a mix up of both Sammie's on each) upon returning home. I had to return to the qt just before food closed down around 9:45 to ask for them to remake my sandwiches and just advisers them That I was wanting the correct sandwiches and not a refund or money. The attendant who had served me and tried to send me on my way without my order originally was very visibly annoyed, which is abnormal for this business/location. I did advise him that I just wanted the sandwiches made correctly and no refund, but his response was very disappointing and acted if I was causing him an inconvenience for having to come back to the store for my food. Fortunately, had my receipt and both subs present besides the grilled cheese that I fed to my son prior to having to come back. Asked for the manager who was too quickly gracious with a refund, but I had advised him upfront I didn't want the refund and just wanted to make sure the subs were made correct. Received my subs not-toasted due to them shutting of the ovens off and one of them being out of spinach "now" although the wrong sandwich had them on them prior. Left fairly unsatisfied still as the manager pretty much just accepted that they didn't have what they needed to do the job. Feel bad for the associates, but upset with my wasted my time/gas. Not that QT needs the business, but I won't be back and will advise against the closest qt that I normally used daily. read more

This location is right next to a busy part of town between Goodyear and Avondale. It's always busy but the store is clean and has everything you need. I stopped to get a couple of energy drinks and Gatorade for the road. We stopped at the car wash directly next door and since we didn't have to get out of the car we drove to the QT for their ample selection of everything you could need on the run. Their slushy selection is the best. My kids love mixing them all up. They always have my fave drinks plus, if there is a brand new drink or limited edition energy drink, you can be sure they will have it. I'm glad we stopped by, my adobe Piña Colada is always cold and there in stock for me. Not all gas station stores carry that specific flavor. Same for the whipped strawberry rockstar yummm read more

This is a very busy QT, but the bathrooms were still pretty clean. I hit it right in the middle of rush hour traffic. It's located just close enough to the freeway to be called convenientish, and fortunately has a light directly off the entrance which allows you to turn left across traffic to get back to the freeway. If it didn't I'd say skip it as you'll otherwise never be able to get across the street. read more

I was headed out of town and towards Vegas, and wanted to get out of the thick of Phoenix proper before jumping off of the freeway for a little gasoline to fuel the journey. You never know how traffic can get you tangled up, so getting further out meant having less bumpers to bump and less lights where I might languish. This QT is a hop from the highway, not exactly perched on the edge, but close enough to get a quick trip (see what I did there) before beginning the long road trip. The gas dispensed quickly enough and I was on my way, but not before grabbing a receipt. I had almost started to drive away and realized I didn't get one, so I had to go back inside. Inside was a big ol' store full of all the junk food and cold beverages a boy could dream of. But really, I gotta give it up to the guy behind the counter who had more chill than most men I've ever seen. I had to wait a second, and there he was just giving out change and taking payments and not even lifting an eyebrow. If you can bee sleepily alert, that's what he was. I got to the front of the line and asked for my receipt on pump number whatever and he lightly taps a few buttons, wishes me well and like a magic trick, the receipt is in my hand. He's running a tidy ship, but that ship set sail to Relaxville, just north of Chilltown, sometime int he 70s. Hopefully you get to experience the same. read more

This takes me back. I found myself at this particular QuikTrip as it is the place I went to immediately after I took my wife on our first date years ago (hey, if your car needs gas, it needs gas!) I found myself in Phoenix recently to attend a friend's wedding and on the way had to stop by a cheap gas station. Unlike in California where throngs of cars find themselves at Costco Gasoline locations, in Arizona, there's QuikTrip stations everywhere, or at least feels like it. And more often than not, the prices at QuikTrip are lower than that of Costco Gasoline in Arizona. So, the throngs of cars you'd see at Costco gas stations in California, would feel more "evenly dispersed" in a city like Phoenix. I gotta say, it's nice to get in and out of a gas station in under 4 minutes time total from the time you drive onto the gas station to the time that you get out. My wife had walked into the convenience store itself to use the restroom and get me a soda (yeah yeah, you can be critical of my bad habits, whatever) and again, we were out in under 4 minutes total. I wish they had QuikTrip's in California. read more

Quick Trip is always a great gas station to refuel, as well as freshen up and who doesn't love the soda fountain station and multitude of snacks. Cheap gas, ice cold drinks, and snacks. Does it get any better. read more

My first convenient store/gas station review. I had been told about this place by a friend and it lived up to the hype. First off, the gas area is large and not crowded like other gas stations. Once inside, the display of food and drink was amazing. There were a ton of different hot dog options, taquitos, and other hot bites. The buns are kept warm down below. As for the drinks, there are 2 walls with everything you can imagine such as milkshakes, smoothies, fancy coffee flavors, etc. The service was great and there is a lotto machine in the corner. Again, even the inside did not feel cramped. It was nice and modern. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because there were no onions as a condiment option for your hot dogs! read more

Wow. Not one employee smiling and when I went in to pick up the phone Order I had placed, I guess they didn't ring up my chips for 3 of my employees. Instead of being polite a large Hispanic gentleman yelled over the bar that I didn't pay for my chips (like I was trying to steal them). If you want my business to ever purchase from ANY Jersey Mikes I would like a General Manager to see this yelp and reach out to myself. My friend and I stop for a drink at this location our surprise was we saw a lot of fruit flies around the soda dispenser the ice tea dispenser and we ended up just leaving nobody wants to drink from a dirty machine especially when you see fruit flies I was really disappointed in a chain like this there was poorly managed it should be reported. read more

This was a welcomed stop in the Valley. Out here on the Peninsula, you've got about 70 7-11s, 25 am pms, and about 5 Circle Ks. In the Valley, the 7-11 to Circle K ratio is reversed, and the 7-11s have gas stations too. However, the Valley also has QuikTrip, which is a jumbo-size convenience store/truck stop with about 12 kinds of soda and a choice of cube or crushed ice. They also have about 8 slush drinks. Tons of junk food rounds out this place. Awesome for road trips, to wet your whistle, or to gain a few pounds. Recommended. read more

I absolutely love this place. We dont have any back in cali so I only come by on roadtrips to Arizona. To me, QT is like an AMPM/arco station... but 10x better. Its big, clean, organized... and has energy drink slurpees! I think its called Rooster Booster. Theres always a good variety of food and condiments available unlike at ampm where theres no hot food available at all at times. read more

Not much to say about this place besides it's a gas station. The only reason I feel a need to comment - its one of the few in Phoenix area that feels safe. I gassed up one late Sunday night. It wasn't until I was putting my seat belt back on that I was like - this is a pretty sweet spot. No weird people coming up to me when I pump. The area always well lit. First time I've had a bad experience at a QT. Received a few lotto scratchers from a gift exchange, won $22. I personally never purchase lotto tickets or these. When taking these tickets up to the counter, the young lady was extremely snarky about I have to scratch the bottom area where the barcode shows them if I won. I told her I wasn't aware, and she gave me a look of disgust that can't be described. Never have a felt belittled over what felt like being profiled. read more

Me and my family stop for gas on our way back from California to Texas, my lil one wanted a slurpy which are originality 88 cents. The young lady there in the front said it was 1.35 for a small but my oldest son had got a big one and it was 1.31 made no sense. I asked her why she said you got a slushy not a slurpy no he got a slurpy let me show you. The guy there said just give it to her!I know the difference and it's melting at 112* degrees . We gave her a 20$ and she gave me 16$ back counting the 1$ bill as a 5$ and had a 5$ in her hand and instead of handing it to me she put it in the register and and said thank you so, I said maybe she gave me the correct change and I'm losing it. No she actually gave me wrong change and charge him 5 something for a small slurpy went back the guy said, uhhhh what can I help you I said she gave me wrong change I'm missing money. I stopped here last Friday (2/19) for some gas and a slushy. I hadn't had sugary, crushed ice in a long time, so I figured I'd treat myself. Well, so did the rest of Avondale, apparently because this place was packed! It was around 3:30pm and I walked in to the store to pay for gas & get my drink. While, yes there were a lot of people, they were moving in and out pretty quickly. There were three cashiers (two guys and a girl) helping people as they came to stand in line and I think I waited all of 15 seconds before being helped. I plan on stopping here later in the week when I notice that I waited too long to fill up yet again and my gas light pops on. read more

Cashier very rude I ask to cash in lottery ticket once done I ask for a twenty said she gave me last one in register I ask about one of the other registered and told that the one she was using was the primary and she could not do that. Then ask if she had the new $30 scratcher told me they don't have them at register as too hard to audit. I have been coming to this qt for over a year and the staff quality has fallen.
