A clean enough and pleasant Shell. In general Shell is more expensive but everything is better maintained (pump, etc). It's just annoying that screen blasts commercials with a loud soundtrack as you wait. It wouldn't get started (can't pump yet) after credit card approval, because they have tons of questions for you including donation. Totally irrelevant. This Review is for the carwash. I pay for the carwash, drove into the carwash, Had a green light they told me to go in. The red light telling you stop never went on I drove up and back and reverse several times and the carwash never worked. I went to the gas station and ask them to give me a new code, And they said they could and without a receipt but I hadn't asked for a receipt when I paid for the carwash at the carwash Itself via a machine. So now I am out $15 and will have to try to challenge it with my credit card read more

I stopped here this morning to fill up my tank using my Giant reward points for a discount. I put in my Giant card number and the pump accepted my rewards and I started pumping fuel. I got 3 gallons then the pump was switched off. I went inside and ask him why he turned it off and he had no reason. Just played stupid like it was the pump's fault. I had $1.50 off per gallon In Giant rewards. How about putting up a sign at your station that says you don't participate in the Giant points program instead of causing people to lose their rewards. I have that many Giant points because I have a huge family to feed. He didn't offer to give me my discount back after the incident happened. He expected me to just use another pump and not use my points. Well I drove off without getting fuel and will never get fuel there again. Let's face facts... gas prices are out of control!!! This station is usually a few pennies higher than down the road in Chantilly, but it's here... not down the road in Chantilly! Car wash is OK, once again. Not what you would get fish the road in Chantilly, but it's what you get here. They are closing at night recently. Not sure why, just be aware and fill your tank before the lights turn off around 11pm. I do miss having mechanics here. But times have changed! Just like this was an Arco... things change! read more

Stopped in here for gas the other day - I use to come to this station a couple of decades ago quite often. The only real glitch was that the pump did not recognize my fuel card and responded with a message that I needed to go inside and see the cashier. The heck with that! I moved my vehicle to the next closest open pump and the pump reader recognized my card with no problems. read more

Car wash is the best I've found in the area. Vacuum are strong and the area it self is clean

Went in tonight for gas, and when I picked up the hose, it leaked gasoline all over my hands. Then when I went to put it back after filling up, it dripped on my clothes. My hands were covered in gasoline and I asked the guy just sitting there starting at his phone if he had a paper towel or wipes, and he said no. No? You mean you're a gas station with a store and you have no way to help a customer who gave you business? He didn't move from his chair, and I walked off pretty disturbed. just amazing. AMAZING. Came here just to get some gas but got SO. MUCH. MORE. Unfortunately due to my double arm amputation I have to drive using my feet with help from my tongue, and am unable to fill up the gas myself as i will look too silly grabbing the pump with my toes. Yet luckily i stumbled across this (dare i say again) AMAZING shell gas station. The cashier was eager to fill my gas tank for me, and even gave me a piece of gum! For an entire tank of gas filling my 2018 Prius, the total was a whoppingly low $75! Will come again with my friends just to introduce them to my new best friend, the Shell gas station cashier. Life changing experience and I urge everyone to make a pit stop here, not just for gas but for friendship. read more

As another review mentioned, one of the soapy products was uneven between the right and left side of my car - probably over-applied on the driver's side vs under-applied on the passenger's, since not all of it was rinsed off on the driver's side. No big deal, I just poured some water over that side at home, and the salt had been well-removed. I just didn't necessarily want dried product build-up sitting on it, either. Conveniently located, and the attendant didn't rush to start applying pre-wash (with a brush) on my car before I could get out "thanks but no thanks," and the wash itself is touchless, so I'll keep coming when I need salt removal or an undercarriage rinse. Forgot to fold my side mirrors in, but there was fortunately plenty of clearance (I have a sedan). read more

OK well it may look all clean and what not inside but i went to get a car wash just yesterday. I picked the ultimate which was 12 bucks. So as i was sitting there i was wondering about whether or not they filled up the soap and when do they do it. Just random things that could go wrong with a simple car wash. I usually hand wash, clay bar and wax my car but this time i just wanted the salt off. so I'm sitting there looking at the machine do its thing when i suddenly saw only half of the car soaped up!!! u know how they spray your car with those different colored soaps? well, it was only on one side! i also had a little droppings from berries or some sort when i parked under this tree and it stuck on my car and the car wash didn't get all of it off. so yeah, they gypped me with half the soap!!! read more

This particular gas station is deemed as my "last resort". I only stop here when I have a gas gift card or I'm just about on "E" and can't make it much farther. It's not the easiest to navigate into in the first place, but then the prices are REDICULOUS. Always higher than those just a few miles away. Went here for safety inspection and emissions. Took longer than other locations I've been. No space at all to sit and wait besides next to the soda machine. Very cramped. Failed both safety and emissions. But the mechanic was very competent, informed me of everything that needs attention in order to pass. Update: Fixed what the mechanic told me to get my car to pass safety inspection. Unfortunately I failed emissions. Since the battery was disconnected for months, the same technician informed me that the readiness monitors for emissions testing are not ready. Need to drive around to complete the OBD2 monitors. Good technician, tells it like it is, I appreciate that quality in a mechanic, especially at a gas station! read more
