please please do not get your car washed here ever i would give it no stars but it wont let me i…read morewas there yesterday afternoon first and last time ever i went through the wash and came out with a cracked windshield i immediately went and spoke to them they took viideos and pictures and i filled out a claim form which they said would be reviewed by their claim department which i believe is a joke and does not really exist because this happened saturday and the said claim department would get back to me on monday i just recieved a phone call sunday from their manager nicky saying that they she reviewed the camera and it wasn't their equipment she believes it was their blower drying my car it . so they won't assume any responsibilty according to her it wasn't any equipment touching my car. so is not the blowers their equipment. this is absolutely wrong how is it no claim department investigated just a manager and no corporate number. do not please do not trust your vehicle in their care they have no problem taking your money and making alot from their customers but not doing right by them. i guess making a huge sign with my damage to my vehicle with a warning to all and potential customers to see before entering this place might be very necessary you customers will thank me later it would have saved me this mess and also if i had read the reviews because apparently i'm not the only one who has had damage to their vehicle please be aware.check out this review of eco brite car wash on google maps pictures of damage on there.

Their only solution was to put a thin paper mat on my floor, even though it's snowing and the roads are full of slush and salt. A paper mat does nothing to protect my carpet, and now I'm forced to drive with my interior at risk for staining, moisture damage, and excessive dirt. They apologized but still charged full price and offered no real resolution -- just a comment that the other customer "comes weekly," which doesn't help me at all today. Mistakes happen, but responsible businesses offer actual solutions. A temporary rubber mat, a replacement, or reimbursement would have been reasonable. Instead, I left with my car unprotected. Very disappointing experience.

I also received complaints that he required his roommates to wash cars without paying them and threatened them with immigration-related consequences. Because of these issues and other lease violations, I decided not to renew his lease. After receiving notice that his lease would not be renewed, he stopped paying rent, forcing me to begin the eviction process. He ultimately moved out before the eviction case was completed. During his tenancy, there was also an incident where he arrived appearing intoxicated, believed I had changed the locks, and called the police. The issue was resolved within minutes when he was able to access the apartment with the correct key. Afterward, he repeatedly harassed me through my Ring cameras, and I have video recordings of him directing derogatory slurs toward Mexican immigrants in the neighborhood. More than a year after moving out, he still has not removed my property address as the registered business address for his company despite repeated requests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this individual.
