Cheap enough gas prices, but Mr. Singh (no pun intended, that's really his name) definitely did not enroll in a Shell Gas Station Customer Service Class. He is super rude and unfriendly. Taking my business to the other Shell station down the street. read more

This Shell gas station is so clean and their facility is well kept. Gas prices are horrible but Shell always provides one of the top gases for sure. read more

Clean station always has receipt paper and fresh window cleaner in the buckets to clean your windows. TV screens to get your news update while filling up. read more

Bad experience and unhelpful staff. They have a $50 limit on fill up per card. The blaring advertisers pounding from the speakers are annoying and the space to fill up is way too small. I will never gas up here unless completely desperate, and then I might even choose to walk. read more

Nothing special about Shell but I do get it when I am on empty. And sometimes I will add the car wash for $6 more. You pay $7 if you do not fill up your tank. Easy to get to and easy to exit!! Surprisingly!! read more

Twice now, the pump I used didn't accept my car wash selection and I paid full price. Both times, the attendant on duty spoke little to no English and was basically no help. This gas station never has receipt tape in the machines. I need the receipts for work expense reports and everytime I come here it is out of paper. Walking inside and waiting in line for a receipt is a huge inconvenience. read more

This gas station is for cheating you out of your hard earned money, so I recomend going elsewhere. Seriously! Asked clerk to give me 5 separate lotto tickets for $5 few hours before NY, explaining that they are gifts for friends. The tall, skinny indian dude takes my money and gives me one ticket, with 5 numbers on it....ummm, no I need 5 tickets, so he says he cannot refund lottery. I explain again what I need, and he rings up 5 tickets, $2.00 each....DUDE! I said that I want refund, he said I need to speak to owner....for over a month he was telling me manager is on vacation. Then manager would only be available at 9am.....we all work, right? finally I came in at correct time, and was told he was BUSY. refused to leave till he came out. Owner said that I got what I requested. I asked to review the video feed, and was told that I have to go through police, and he will not show it to me any other way. So he got my lottery tickets AND my money....WOW!!! That's STEALING and CHEATING!!! I was a regular customer, buying cigaretts and getting gas, using car wash.....I hope the $15 you stole were worth loosing a regular client. Oh, and KARMA.......I am sure you'll get yours. Opened a Yelp account just to write about this Shell station. Do not go here if you are using a Lucky Rewards card to save on gas. They have repeatedly botched that, both their machines as well as the rude agents inside, who have made various errors resulting in me not receiving appropriate rewards credit. Moreover, the base price of their gas is typically $0.02 per gallon more than the Shell at the intersection of Bernal and Monterey Hwy, literally less than a mile away. Finally, that particular Shell on Monterey Highway provides an additional $0.10 per gallon discount if you get a car wash (the car wash is the same as the Bernal Road car wash). Not too many people know about this Shell because it used to be a generic station, but it's an ordinary Shell now. read more

Love the gas station / hate the car wash. Half the time I get a car wash here, my car tires spin when trying to proceed from the wash to the dryer. Whats up with the traction! At first I thought it was me, but other customers in front of me are also experiencing the same discomfort (to put it mildly). Now here I am with brand new tires, waiting in line at the car wash, making sure I do Not enter the wash code early (which will break the system) and heeeeeere we go again ......the car in front of me is having trouble driving forward from wash to dryer. I can see her nervously trying to drive forward, wheels spinning, burning rubber for 2 minutes... Seriously? I felt so trapped because I knew the inevitable. My turn for a wash and my turn to burn rubber as I nervously try to exit this weird car wash. Good thing I took my blood pressure meds. This is my last wash here. The car wash at this Shell station is horrible. I went to get my car wash on my lunch hour, and after waiting behind 5 cars, I finally entered the car wash, only to have it malfunction. The jerk behind me would not go get an employee to help me. Instead he start screaming for me to go forward and when I wouldn't, called me every name in the book. Finally an employee came out and told me that I needed to go in to the station store, get a new code and wait behind in line again. Since 45 minutes of my lunch was now gone, I left with a soapy car. The owner also is too cheap to keep paper in the receipt dispenser, forcing you to go into the store to get a receipt if you want one. Just a bad experience all around. I will go where there is better customer service and an owner that is interested in keeping customers happy! After reading the other yelp reviews, it seems l am not alone in my opinion. read more

I have had several problems with their pumps going and then stopping while filling up my tank, usually I can get it back going on my own but there was one time where I went in to ask for help because I couldn't get it going myself. Their "customer service" sucks. First of all when I went in to tell them that one of their pumps wasn't working the manager or owner idk the guy in charge just looked at me and said "no they're working". Like really dick? If they were then why would I be here? I literally had to complain for a good two mintues before he sent out two if his employees. The employees weren't much help at. All. Both followed me out, one took the nossel out, put it back in and the pump started going again. Duh. I did that too. And as soon as it started going the other employee gave me this look and walked back to the store. The other guy stayed maybe 10 seconds longer and then started to walk away and I tried telling him the same thing I told his boss, it would start but then the pump would stop. Well he continued walking away until CLICK! The pump stopped. So he did the same thing, took the nossel out and put it back in. This time he had to hold the lever down and the pump was stopping and going more frequently. 8 minutes later and only half full I told the poor guy that I had enough gas to get to where I was going and thanked him for his attempts. Idk if he told his boss what happened or not, but I have not returned to that gas station since. So you take a chance with their pumps and if you go and complain I hope your situation turns out better than mine. read more

this review is for the car wash only and yes i know i'm shouting because i'm pretty ticked off with this place. i went through the car wash 2 months ago and as i was sitting there, my car started to violently shake during the wash. thankfully i had the smarts to look at my car after pulling out only to find the car wash attempted to pull my rear bumper and right rear quarter panel trim off the car. i put in a claim with the gas station and was notified in a week or so by the "adjustor" who took my statement. there was no prior damage to my car as i keep my cars immaculate. after 2 months of hearing nothing, i call the "adjustor" only to find out my claim has been denied almost a month prior. that would have been nice to know. when asking why, he said their report said that my bumper and trim had loose screws prior to going into the wash?!? really? no one is there examining cars prior to going into the wash first of all, and secondly, as mentioned before, my cars are immaculate. absolutely, positively stay clear of this place. i used to go there for gas because it was somewhat convenient being right off the highway. they will not get one more penny from me. i will run out of gas and call aaa before going there again. read more
