Different store but same chain and owner. Son took car to get car washed on 6/26/24. Car wash tore off driver side mirror so he filled out a claim form. Talked to manager who said all she could do was send the form to corporate and she couldn't do anything more than that. She couldn't provide a working number and the form said to talk to the store manager...... Was able to track down the corporate info and left about a dozen messages to try to get someone to address the claim over the past 3 months. No callbacks and would always go to voicemail. Think twice about using their car wash as any damage will be ignored..... read more

I've been going to this gas station since it first opened up, and I've never had a problem until earlier month on Friday October 2, 2020"! I was in a hurry to get my gas in my car wash, which I was going to use that following Monday since it was still smoky outside with all the fires going on in Napa, and I neglected to pick up my receipt from the kiosk. Around 5:30 PM I called the Shell gas station and told them that I was there around 1:15 PM at whichever was closest to the car wash entrance and I forgot my car wash receipt. The lady was polite and took down my name and number and the last four digits of my credit card and said she would get back to me. I distinctly remember I got $9 car wash and my gas total was $42- I told the lady this information as well and she said she would talk to the manager and give me a car wash receipt. It's now been three weeks and there's no resolution to my issue! I've called and spoke online to the manager or left messages with other attendance there and I went in to the store and waited 45 minutes for the manager to get off the phone and call corporate was still no resolution! I will never get gas here again! It's a nine dollar car wash! I'm not trying to steal money from them I just wanted to get my car washed! I am not making this up and I have the bank transaction which I showed the manager, but there's no way for me to prove I was actually buying a car wash! This is ridiculous! read more

Don't use this vacuum machine put in front of car wash. I put in my 6 quarters and nothing it never turned on. Went into store and spoke with cashier and said it sometimes works and sometimes does NOT. Also that they are not responsible. That's it's owned by "Steve."Wasted my $1.50 doesn't seem much but let's say this happens 10 times a day. $15x365=$5475. No its not ok. This is a pretty nice Shell with a lot of pumps and very wide lanes between the pumps making for easier maneuverability. This one also seems to have slightly lower prices than what I've seen in the heart of San Jose. It has a pretty large Loop Market which has some hot food like pizza and hot dogs as well as your normal gas station fare. It has more of a convenience store feel than most gas stations though as they have things like cards and flowers. This Shell also has an automated car wash. read more

First of all, I will NOT support a business where the employees don't wear mandated face masks during a covid-19 pandemic. Last night on 7/15, the keypads at the pumps were down (yet again) and I was forced to go inside and pay. There was a middle-aged Indian gentleman with mustache and glasses behind the counter, NO MASK on that didn't even know how to process a gasoline sale. I even tried to give him cash instead of using my card. He didn't even know how to open the drawer. I think it's a family-run business and they just stick family members behind the counter with no training. I live right down the road from here, but I'd rather drive 5 miles down the other way to get gas. I'm done with this place. read more

Nice new place with low priced car wash. The only problem it also tears off your back windshield wiper and if you have a small cracked windshield, it will get worse after the roller bounces on it. The crocks refused to pay for any damages and will not fix the rollers in their car wash. It is smarter and cheaper to pay double at a get full service car wash down the road. Beware of Carwash - cleans car but then barley dries car!! Took my car yesterday morning for gas and carwash. Drove away with an extremely wet car. Cashed a lotto ticket and the clerk behind the counter refuse to pay me my money. To the owners of this company, if you can't teach your employees how to use the lottery, they should not cash any tickets. I was so mad when I left, had to argue with this lady in order to get paid. Won a "Free Ultimate Car Wash" coupon from a San Jose Giants game, 6 different local Loop carwashes listed on back, no expiration date. Just tried to use this coupon today at the new Loop/Shell station on Silver Creek Valley Road, went inside to present coupon, young lady at the till disappeared into the back for a moment, came back out to tell me it wouldn't be honored because this new store "wasn't listed on the back". Wow. OK, my guess is this coupon was printed before the store's recent grand opening. Looks like all the other local Loops with carwashes are participating. What a great way to drive business, increase loyalty, say "hey, we're happy to be in your neighborhood now!". But naw, no dice with the newly-arrived business owners at Silver Creek. She started telling that wearing jade is only for women.... why am I wearing it. And just now stop by to get some smoke for my cousin. When I came in. She saw me and said " you again?!'' Wtf?! Good gas station pretty good selection of drinks and foods in the store portion , car was cleans great I dont know why people are complaining about the wash not drying the car all the way my 2 cars get cleaned and dried nicely. Car wash usually works as advertised but there was one wash where lots of soap was left behind after getting stuck in the hood. I asked to run my car through again and they were kind enough to let me. I'm happy with my interactions here. read more
