This car wash is attached to a Chevron gas station, and also a convenience store called ExtraMile. It's right at an intersection, so it's super easy to get in and out. The best part is that this is a touchless car wash, which is perfect if you have a Tesla or a car with sensitive cameras or sensors no brushes to risk any damage. The wash itself was really fast. When I arrived, there was no line, and I was inside in no time. They offer several options: the least expensive is $8.99, then $10.99, $12.99, and the top wash is $15.99. They also have a monthly pass option for any tier, so you can get unlimited washes for a monthly fee. I usually wash my car once a week, and I was really satisfied with the result here. I can't say it's drastically better or worse than others, but I love that they have a monthly option. If you wash your car about three times a month, it pays for itself. ***This review is specific for the Chevron gas station that is linked with Extra Mile*** I was running almost empty on gas in my car once again. Yes, I know... not a good habit. I need to improve LOL. Anyway, I was in the Pomona area. Funny, I was heading towards the Shell gas station, but as I turned my head to the right, I saw Chevron so I drove right into the lot instead of driving to Shell that happens to be right across the street. Sometimes it's nice to be on the right side. Gas station was clean. I normally don't walk in to pay as I prefer to pay at the pump. It was a quick visit with pump, pay, and go. I don't pay too much attention on the prices especially when I need gas quick. It was in the $4+ range which is average nowadays. It's all good. I did not have any interaction with any staff members. Btw, I didn't find this Chevron on Yelp for me to check-in, but I did find Extra Mile which is linked to it, hence, I checked into Extra Mile instead. Thank you Extra Mile and Chevron! read more

I had always liked coming to the gas station because they have E85 gasoline. However, they recently hired a woman by the name of Linda, who is so poorly trained on the cash register that she doesn't know how to split payments so rather than take my payment of cash and card in one transaction she wanted me to do two separate transactions. I said I have never heard of that before. As I had paid in two payments cash and card there many times....Instead of being helpful and explanatory or humble, she decided to down talk me and belittled me I went outside and filled my gas with half my payment and went back in to pay my other form of payment fortunately in front of other customers. When I went back in to ask for my receipt and pay my cash transaction she lied in front of the costumers saying she offered me my receipt earlier and she wouldn't take my cash payment now. She literally refused my cash payment because I questioned her as to why she couldn't combine the two payments..... Do yourself a favor and try to avoid Linda at all costs. She obviously is going through Menopause and has horrible customer service, skills. She's the really unattractive sour puss faced one who looks like a cod fish. read more

Management needs to have all employees informed about policies regarding coffee refills. One day they allow and next day don't. I believe Linda is uninformed because as a member of extra mile every 5 or 6 refills I get one free. read more

Came to pump gas and was given a hard time by the cashier name MIRIAM. I usually use the pump but for some reason it said the machine wasnt taking cards,, so it forced me to have to go inside.. She was absolutely rude and dismissive. A couple of people paid before me and she didn't ask for id for them to use their card but asked for mine. So I went back out to my vehicle to get my ID mind you I was only purchasing gas no cigarettes or alcohol. Then when I came back with my id and card aligned in hand she felt the need to inspect it more than once! I had to point out my name on both my id and card! What kind of bs is that? I literally just said never mind. And chose not to get gas here. Her service was horrible I've lived in this neighborhood for decades and have never experienced this kind of treatment ever! I also know this location is owned by the same owner in diamond bar that I frequent as well. I hope the owner sees this post b/c I'm seriously questioning whether to repeat by business here again especially if you have MIRIAM manning the register. read more

Lots of pumps! But they were all busy. This station is right off the freeway so it caught a lot of people including me. I thought I better get gas before that little light came on. At least gas was cheaper out here in the 909 than LA. But not by much. Pumps are clean and modern. And I actually got a receipt when it said it was printing. Too often, I've been getting "see attendant for receipt" on machines these days. There's apparently a car wash here as it asked me if I wanted one. Damn you, my car is not that dirty. Okay, it is but I hate it when the machines mock you for it. Ha. Not much else to say other than it looked larger than the gas station across the street. read more

Best gas station in the area. I live in glendora and this is where I gas up. The place has the best price for being Chevron, its always clean and I love the customer service. Rocio the cashier is the only reason why I'm writing review. For being a super busy gas station she has great customer service. Typically service is all as expected, very clean, car wash works well, ( pressure wash, no plastic scratchy bristles) Well this time I gassed up, and the option to purchase a wash wasn't available ( should have been my 1st warning) so I proceed to go inside and ask to be charged for a wash- the cashier who was on his phone, but cool, whatever, tells me, " I can charge you for a wash but the dryer doesn't work and if you aren't satisfied I can't give you a refund" thanks but no thanks, I'm actually grateful I didn't waste my $8bucks!! come on Chevron get this Fixed!!!! supper annoying!!!! Don't go here if you wanna use your US Passport as an ID to get alcohol or anything. They won't take it. They tell you "I don't think I can take it" and even after you tell them, they don't care. They guy working at 8 o'clock on May 27 needs to be fired if he can't do things right! read more
