Cannot say enough good things about this jewel of a fine liquor store. Called long distance with a bit of an urgent need to get out a special gift for someone special. It was very last minute, and after one store in the area was somewhat rude and another never answered their phone ... decided to look up reviews and happened upon this outstanding establishment! Third times a charm: when we called, the gentleman who answered was gracious and said that he would get us to a manager or owner within five minutes. Sure enough: within five minutes we got a callback from the owner! We explained that we needed to get a fine champagne delivered as soon as possible to someone in their area, and would like to ask that the gift card please be printed and the champagne gift wrapped. The owner said no problem to both requests. He patiently went through all of their fine champagnes, and we were able to pick one that was both within our budget but also very upscale. He also graciously worked with us on the delivery. Everything happened so swiftly and seamlessly, and we were assured not just of immediate delivery, but also a 2nd delivery in case nobody was around to except the gift middle of the day. Just blown away by the attentiveness, kindness, and outstanding service. Conveniently located a block from the beach and a few blocks from our Ship Bottom rental, a wine crisis was averted. They had a decent selection of chilled and non-chilled wines, that was priced comparabily to the PA State Stores. I was able to get a large bottle of Barefoot chardonnay and a regular sized bottle of Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Sauvignon Blanc for about $32. They now accept credit cards. I would have purchased my wine from Shell Liquors regardless but overall I had an A-OK experience. read more

Open at 10am, in the back of a liquor store, and cash only? You know this is a classy spot. But yeah, it's convenient and by the beach, and also near some BYOB restaurants. Beware that they will card you like crazy so be prepared. read more

Very good beer selection with a variety of local craft brews, imports and a ton of macro standards, all cold and ready to go. I was surprised by some of the German beers they had. Pretty extensive wine and spirits selection too. Very clean and well organized store and the staff were friendly. read more

The beer selection here is insane for a small beach liquor store. They have all the usual suspects in the craft beer world and a few more. They even had some limited edition beers. Who ever is choosing the line up of beer knows what they are doing. You know your typical beer store who has a " craft" section with some All Day IPA and DuClaw. That's not this place. I don't even think they sell DuClaw. They must have tasted it first. That's what I mean. I think they tasted all the beer they have in the fridges. I would have bought any of them. read more

Pretty standard Jersey Shore liquor store. You will be paying island prices, but much to my surprise, they had a pretty good beer selection. All of your usual domestics, a ton of imports and even a bunch of craft brews that I had never even heard of. They also had Bud Lime a Rita that someone we were with requested (I had never even heard of it before). They also get bonus points because they sell beer pong balls (or I should say ping pong balls). Can't beat that and I was able to get my winning streak for the night started. read more

This is my go to liquor store on the island . Open all year long . They carry large variety of beer and liquor . Cashiers are very nice . I bought a bottle of wine as a gift and cashier wrapped it for me for no extra charge . read more

They have a great collection of wines! trust me I know a good wine store from an OK wine store. The owner was super friendly and had good knowledge about his selection as well. They have clearly marked & well stocked ailes. The bonus was their cigar collection and party accessories stuff. read more

This liquor store has it all! This is a family run business so I would rather support them then drive off the island to save $2. They have a great selection of beers including craft beers and mircobrews. Not just that bud light and coors light crap that everyone else sells. Plus their wine selection is great too. It's the little things that make it great like super friendly service and they sell the things you forgot like lemons, limes, bottle openers, salt for margaritas, ping pong balls, etc!
