They won't fill propane tanks if there's only one staff person there -- and there's never or rarely more than just one staff person there! What a hassle to go to this gas station hoping to refill two propane cylinders. I went three times today to refill my tanks. At 11am, I was told by the female cashier to come back in 30 minutes and that there would then be two staff people so one could help me. She said folks would be there for sure, in 30 minutes, for an hour. I came back at 1145am (got a haircut up the street) and the one guy there at the store said "sorry, I'm the only person here so can't fill up propane tanks. Come back in 15 minutes when the owner will be here". I came back in 15 minutes, and the same guy said that if I would wait another 10 minutes, the owner would be here and he could fill my propane tanks. I did not bother waiting. Yes, I understand that the owner has told his staff that if there is only one person on duty, that person cannot be out of the store to fill propane tanks. Hey owner, this is a problem that you need to solve! Otherwise you are wasting your customers' time and energy big time! read more

Welp, I'll know when I visit here for work again not to come back here. The staff was pleasant, the gas prices seemed reasonable for the area, BUT that's not why I came. I came to hit the DRIVE THRU car wash. It's supposed to be just that- drive through real quick and go about your day. I'm unsure where this was made or who programmed it, but it's taken me 30 MINUTES so far to get 5 cars ahead of me washed. Had I known this, I wouldn't have driven into the line which you can't get out of. I'm still unsure of the results of my $15 car wash- but will post a picture once it's complete. read more

The car wash never has receipt paper. So every time you have a car wash you don't get a receipt and have to go in. I've been going here for years, and I think I have only ever gotten a receipt from the car wash twice in my life. read more

I came by here to get some gas. The prices were quite high for the area but I suppose that should be expected, as this station is right next to the Freeway. The indoor market was clean and they did have soap and water for window washing. I probably wouldn't come here unless I was getting off the freeway and needed to quickly get gas because there are cheaper stations elsewhere. read more

We went in to use the restroom while out driver was fueling the car. They have 2 restrooms, both locked. We were 8 people needing to use the restroom. They gave us only the key from one of the restrooms, pretending that the second one is for the employees only. There was no sign, nowhere, stating that. Just employees unwilling to accommodate their own customers. Avoid this place if you don't want to be humiliated on your own money. read more

The store seems fine & the workers were nice BUT I won't ever use their car wash again. I got the "touchless" car wash that is 15.99 and it put soap but none of the pressure washers worked. The last step was some sort of rinse that just dropped water. So, I had a soapy car that had some water dripped on it. Their $5.99 base wash is the least expensive car wash I've found in the region. Everyone else wants $8 to $10 for an express wash. Yesterday there was a problem with the wash, the dryer cut off early leaving my freshly cleaned Murano dripping wet. Went inside to let them know their machine was malfunctioning. The friendly male attendant offered me the upgraded $10 buck wash on the house. How nice of him! I went through again and this time my car was bathed with polish infused suds, a rare treat for my faithful steed. The dryer again cut off early so I just hopped on Highway 1 and stepped on it. I personally don't use Shell gasoline, for some reason none of my cars ever ran well on it. Until further notice this is my wash stop of choice. read more

I had planned on getting my truck washed at the Chevron Car Wash on Reservation Road, but their car wash was closed for cleaning. So, I went to the Shell Car Wash on Del Monte Ave. I paid $14.99 for the wash. When I came out of the wash, I pulled over to wipe off the excess water and ended up having to wipe down the entire truck because it looked almost as dirty as it did before I went in. That brushless system is worthless. It was better when it had brushes going over the top and sides of the vehicles. What a waste of time and money. I will never use that car wash ever again. The Chevron Wash on Reservation Road does 10 times a better job!!! read more

This is a brand new Shell. Meaning their tanks are new thus it offers gas without deposits--tank deposits are bad for your car. The inside is brand new too, so it offers a sense of cleanness. They do offer a car wash, but I've never used it. Can't really say anything negative about this place. Their gas prices are often the best around (for a non-military, brand name gas station). read more

Huge selection of munchies.... Almost every candy..... Not alot of food .... Plenty drinks alcohol and tobacco products lotto also.... Restrooms clean.... But reason why i go is for the car wash it pressure washes the bottom of ur car .... U can also tell they quality of soap and wax is really good has a sweet smell to it also.... And!!!!
